as someone who is literally Mexican AND Native Hawaiian, I enjoyed this so so much!! What's great too is that a lot of the "Hawaiian" dishes are also fusions of other cultures' cuisines due to the sharing of food and culture during plantation days, so it is so much more than simply Mexican Hawaiian cuisine.
