I got into this game again after years, and it’s just super relaxing to play. Thank you for the video as well, it reminded me of a lot of details that I forgot from new lands lol.

@@Preix133 oh, lol. Understandable! I just like these type of games. I personally just like the survival aspect and even if things go wrong I don't mind it haha. Sometimes it just encourages me to play it more and to see what I can do better. I do understand why this wouldn't be relaxing for everyone tho.
Some tips to finish the game and enjoy it much more
Tip 1: when you recruit the homeless from their camps, you can drop 1 gold so when a homeless spawn again he automatically takes the coin you dropped and start coming towards your kingdom
Tip 2: if you want to progress faster or need some help, when you pay for the map which is 2 coins needed, you can die, so it registers that you unlocked the unlockable, and when you do this for every island, you can master the game much faster and easier.
Tip 3: always recruit at least 4 or 6 builders and recruit archers/hunters and as long as you don't lose some of your builders you can recruit the amount that you lose, and don't recruit farmers, they are so slow at making money, instead recruit archers Everytime, archers are both your defend and coin grinding fellows, but like I said, always recruit archers.
Tip 4: you don't need to expand your kingdom, all you need is expand it just once and upgrade it Everytime you have chance, it's easier to rule smaller kingdoms.
Tip 5: if your bag is full and you can't carry anymore, instead of giving your coins to bank, use them to build the boat, that way you get rid of the fullness of your bag and you progressing your escape.
Tip 6: if you don't get more coins, cut some trees, but be careful don't cut the last tree that is connected to a camp, if you cut it the camp disappears and you cannot recruit people, and go up to the archers shrine and pay it until it is full, once you did it, after a day you will be rich, and remember, if you don't get a full bag Everytime you visit your archers, you are doing something wrong.

Hi, I normally don't pin comments with exceptions. So I would recommend getting likes instead since people who do this stuff should try it and like the comment so others know it is reliable. Also, I personally feel like you left out stuff people like me play towards.
Expanding is needed a lot to build farms and catapult, while farms and in general money isn't a problem in Classic or New lands unlike Two Crowns (farms are actually useless in classic), a lot of problems could arise without expanding. Such as less hares to earn money cause keep in mind that nests don't spawn in borders like classic in New lands. When you said if you aren't getting a full bag, it's most likely because of nests which can't give you the ability to give hares which means slow economy which is bad especially on the last island. I recall I did perish once while exploring during a failed playthrough of this game which ment I couldn't recover stamina and lost the crown.
I also prefer expanding for the catapult. Though I maybe thinking about the problem with two crowns. I understand a lot of people don't like catapult due to the tank guys being able to attack with the ball, but without the archery statue (since archery statue doesn't always spawn on the island.) or the ballista, then you can't kill tanks without losing some walls. Which is back for small kingdoms.
Lastly is the RP, course if your goal is to get to the credits, then finishing islands quickly would be the best solution. Personally though, expanding and building farms, going to the banker and storing money, then getting the ideal hermits like the Bakery hermit and going to the next island to get homeless quickly and build an ideal army and builder force fits my play style better and gives more enjoyment.
@@PickleandPear I believe having a maximum of six builders is sufficient. In my opinion, farmers are somewhat ineffective. Although they generate more income, they are slow and provide no defense. My strategy is to recruit six builders and focus exclusively on archers. When you cut down trees, grass grows and bunnies start to spawn, which leads to more income. While expanding isn't inherently bad, it's easier to survive with just two barriers on each side, closest to the kingdom.
For example, when I expanded my kingdom to the mountainside portal, my archers often roamed too far and couldn't return to the barriers in time at night, resulting in breaches. Therefore, I recommend having two fully upgraded barriers on each side, closest to the kingdom, for easier survival. I agree that the bakery is very effective on the 3rd and 4th islands.
Catapults are also essential on each side, but you shouldn't rely solely on them due to their slow firing speed. They're useful against groups of enemies, but against breeders or giants, you'll need a lot of archers to take them down quickly. Initially, you should have catapults until you gather enough archers. While I respect your playstyle, I find farmers to be too slow unless you have the farmer shrine, which changes everything. I understand why you don't pin, and that's okay.
Thanks to you all for all the advice and for sharing the different ways to play. What benefit is it to keep saving money and putting it into storage by giving it to the Mayor guy at base in new lands? Is there a way of transferring that money that's kept in 'storage' to your next Island?

How is the unicorn on the first island? In the Wiki you see it mentioned as being in the 5th island, and I played till island 4, and can't travel to island 5 on Kingdom Two Crowns :\
This is a stupid bug that I abused during the game. Whenever you unlock a map post on an island, you unlock a new thing on the map, it isn't like two crowns where each item is unique to its island. Basically, I have a chance to unlock anything on the map at any time when playing on any island.
@@PickleandPear It's not really a bug, according to game wiki. Each replay has all unlocked features of previous run.

Why do you give gold to the man by the camp fire??
The man by the campfire is the banker. The banker collects money from you. The more you deposit, it gains interest and could be withdrawaled on say, your low on money.
I died on island #4 lol, never found in my walkthrough the cabin with the people who help you with bread and other things, only the trader but on the first and second island😢
The way New lands works is during gameplay, there are posts that cost 2 coins on every island. When you give coins to them, you unlock a new thing on the map, those things happen to include the Baker. Sadly, unlocking everything is very time-consuming if you want to get the baker. The trader will always be on the first and second island.
