Nice tutorial. I might have missed it in your video, but I don’t think I realized you let each mountain layer dry before adding the next color…. This is important information, lol. My mountains were blending in to each other :(
Oh no ;( sorry that happened to your painting! I mentioned at 3:10 that I waited for the previous layer to dry completely when making the second mountain. Perhaps I could've been more clearer!!
Interesting that you use white. I’ve never used it but will keep that in my toolbox to use when needed.

How do you get the paints to merge in together like this? Mine just sit apart and don’t disperse nicely no matter how wet my watercolour paper is... I followed this completely and it ended up mostly brown...

How did you get the mountains to be so opaque? Can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.
Less water, and letting each mountain layer dry before adding the next color. I learned this by trial and error, lol.

I found that the pain has to dry between layers or you end up with mud.

This is nice, but as a beginner I do not find it to be beginner friendly. There are no clear instructions whatsoever. I think that works as a tool to unwind and relax, but not to learn.
