I work with Karcher mashine at school in london but my opinion could be to get them/Karcher company introduce Insurance for small spot demage carpet.Squeres of carpet need to be changed replaced after scratching Chuing gum,Talcum off the floor.Aparently non of this happening from maintenance team.They better Karcher get involved to kover cost of this small tiny issue in suport of small money,people,vages,ect...
Bought Karcher K1900 in Nov 2017. It started leaking oil after 4 years. Since its out of warranty, Karcher refuses to fix it. I called their parts department and representative told me there is no parts diagram for the internal pump and I'm out of luck. This tells me Karcher DOES NOT stand behind their products. Are you just supposed to throw pressure washer away after it breaks out of warranty? 50 cent gasket just lost you a customer. Will never buy another Karcher product again.
