Karcher is possibly the worst company out there. I bought a new karcher pressure washer after owning another karcher for about 23 years . I figured I’ll buy another one since it’s been so good to me .logically right ? Well let me tell how wrong I was . I bought a g3200 q first mistake was karcher no long uses Honda engines they use some type of knockoff engine.. I used the washer once and was having problems with it stalling while pressure washing.. odd like it could not handle the load . Once it stalled the motor wasn’t able to be pull started till it cooled down. Yes engine oil was at level and I even turned off water to relieve pressure.. still wasn’t able to pull start like it had way to much pressure on it .. the machine is garbage and I’m not able to work with it very very frustrating . I called the karcher corporate office.. they said take it too a service center that was at least an hour away.. I told them please just send me another one and take this back it was an hour old . They asked for pictures and sales receipt I sent all that .. to say they least they wanted nothing to do with me and they couldn’t handle any type of customer service.. we all have choices my choice literally was too just throw out the machine and buy another . I’m certainly not into wasting money but it was the easiest way for me to handle this and to get back working .. the store I bought it from only had a 30 return on the machine and I had it over 30 days before I used it. I bought it in April and used it first in June .. stay away from this company . It’s cheap junk .. I bought a Simpson with a genuine Honda engine with the same specs … do your research before you buy a washer or anything for that Matter .. cheap is costly and karcher was a great company that has been destroyed by greed .. and literally has zero credibility or integrity whatsoever .. ask me I’ll tell you this is all fact nothing has been made up

Good god I do not like cord vacuum cleaners they suck you get caught. It’s a pain in the ass, but the cordless backpack vacuums now those are bad asses.

Your operations manuals suck ass. I rented a Karcher carpet extractor, and the manual for it was absolute garbage. No explanations to help the user whatsoever. Do better.

Just got one of these at my work. We had one a different make an model it was prolly 10yrs old it worked awesome. We got this brand new Karcher CV 60/1 RS an it sucks, i gotta go over each pass prolly 5xs before the carpwt actually looks vacuumed. I do not recommend.
