Thank you I have never heard of that process before but it does make sense. An operating loan against last year’s profits still in the bin. The fact that it still allows you to take advantage of future price increases while providing some cash flow is a unique opportunity. Hope you had a Merry Christmas as well.🎄
My old neighbor sold his family's sealed grain and got caught when they came out to measure the bins . They had to quick Sale 500 acres to pay back the bank for the land payments and then pay back the grain loan. They took 4,500 a acre when land prices where around 8,000 to 10,,000 . But the wealthy neighbor with cash had the deal done in 2 days .
I wonder if the government wouldn't have this program, would that effect the price of equipment, seeds, fertilizer, etc.? I think business are more likely to raise prices when government involves itself into the situation. With all the talk of tariffs and government reform and departments being eliminated with the incoming administration, I am glad I am not starting a new business.
Wow thank you for all your great advice and info you are seriously even helping me out to and I’m a farmer in Canada maybe we can get together and compare notes and costs from my farm and yours to if you want
Great analysis, thank you! Just a quick off-topic question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). How can I transfer them to Binance?
This isn't hi tech. This is borrowing from the tax payer. As a farmer myself this is reckless. This is why subsides, low interest loans and grants need to stop. As well as grants to police and fire. You the taxpayer in towns all across America are paying for this. Not a good video to be promoting. Just my opinion.
WOW! Farming these days really is HiTech.
you're looking good man, hope you're feeling okay. love your videos.

This sounds like a total headache but it seems like you did your research
It is a headache ..anyone should know doing anything with the FSA or USDA isn't worth it. I done it once and never again.

I don’t see how farmers can afford to farm
We can't thats why things like this exist
there are usually other income inputs, a lot of them are using alternative methods to make money on top of the farm to subsidize it.
