MG ki build Verna se better hai ,in terior better hai , features almost same hai, but mileage verna ki better hai
I agree with you! The MG Astor is a great car, and I'm particularly impressed with the top variant with ADAS. It's like a mini-SUV with all the bells and whistles.

MG Astor is pure luxury, particularly the top end Savvy Turbo AT trim. No other car in its segment compares to its build quality, luxurious interiors, tech and safety. It's an international model quite popular in UK and Europe too. Its ADAS too works perfect and far better than the competition. Great job by MG!
Actually, when Sports mode is activated, the engine runs in higher rpm, and so the turbo is activated quickly..

What about mileage??
The biggest mistake MG made with the Astor is that in the 1.5 litre NA engine variant, they messed up the gearing. The pick up of that variant is very poor because of the gearing. Now People go and take a test drive of that car, because that is usually the one in their budget and they find it struggling to pick up pace.
Ultimately they get the impression that Astor has no pickup.
In comparison Creta and Seltos have very good pickup even in their N.A. engine cars.
Eveyone doesn't buy the turbo.
MG should have thought of that.

One more thing that MG missed in the top variant is an auto dimming IRVM, which I think is a must.
Even my Baleno has it.
I am proud owner of Astor cvt and owning this car since last one year. I am not an enthusiast driver; I enjoy driving with my family. So far, i have driven my car approx 10000 km. I have driven my car in delhi’s 44 degree Celsius weather and i must say that this car’s AC is so effective that it keeps the cabin consistently cool. This car is incredibly smooth and quiet. I am happy with my car’s performance. Most important thing is that its build quality is incomparable.
Very practical and no nonsense review... This is what a keen viewer would expect... Not too long not too short but touched upon all the main points with negatives and good points... Ending with a good conclusion....

It is not widely accepted because Indians want everything to look like a butch SUV, while this is a beautifully designed crossover.
Indians just don't appreciate quality. They forced companies like Ford out of this market. What more do I say?

In my opinion, the biggest drawback is the three-pot engine. Why on earth would MG plonk a 3-Cylinder engine, no matter how well refined, that brings a big car engineering problems. Lopped off a whole cylinder !! Anyone spending ₹.22-24 lakhs would at least expect a car with a good solid engine that can last 15 years.
Anyone driving this car at triple digits knows the engine begins to whine, turbo pushing. Wonders never cease, eh MG!!

It's basically looking like a PR. Suddenly Mg started sending vehicles to small youtubers as public feels small youtubers don't do PRs and MG got this trick that's why suddenly all small youtubers have started praising mg cars as company is sending there review units to them otherwise no youtuber even look towards MG cars and praising them is too far. Well i can definitely say this car is a piece of crap no matter what anybody will say i have personally experienced this vehicle and keeping it's interiors and build quality aside rest other things specially engine performance drive quality space inside cabin are just crap even the touchscreen doesn't feel responsive and this car is too much overpriced.Why would someone buy astor at 21.6 lakhs on road when by just adding 2 lakhs more one can get hector which is a much better product from MG. Flop product.
Yes definitely but your only 50% correct. MG is sending us the vehicles but it’s totally our opinion and feedback about the car. Whether you trust or not but this is a fact
