The cost of the land isn’t included just the structure. The last time I bought sand , it was 2,600 cedis and a ton of steel is now 7,700 cedis the last time I bought it. 🙏

I used 16MM for the beans and pillars and 12MM for weaving (I’m not sure if that the right word but you know what I mean 😀)

How much is a truck of sand (16m2), cement (100kg) and steel per kilo?
