Things to provide your supplier:
1) "Ship to" address which is the fulfillment center(s). This can be found at 11:12 in this video.
2) Amazon box ID label
3) FNSKU labels
Things to ask your supplier for:
1) "Ship from" address which is where they'll be shipping your products from
2) Type of shipping paper for the label (reference 13:02)
3) Shipping carrier and freight method (Air or Ocean)
4) Number of units per case and how many cases
5) Shipment packing (everything in one box or multiple), box dimensions, and box weight

A lot of people has a problem listing their first purchased product from alibaba on Amazon. Lots of requirements specially when the product is not existing product. @@Gadgets4204 at some point when your are preparing the shipping plan in your account, Amazon is going to tell you the address warehouse. You save this label in pdf and send to your supplier in china.

I am beginning with PL and contacting the supplier, but don’t have the ID for the product, I have a trade mark in brand registry, and I’m a little confused to have the GTIN exemption for the category pet supplies. Do i have to buy first to the supplier for getting the product with my logo brand before listing the product?. Because I don’t have the pictures that Amazon requires for the exemption approval and obtain the product Id? Do you have any video with that process?. I’d appreciate that a lot. Thanks.
Also you didn't recommend the freight forwarders but at the end chose the courier (DHL). My experience these international couriers generally more expensive than the freight forwarders. Any specific reason for opting out DHL or FedEx?

they are basically huge factory and they has delivery department. and you can get shipping address from them

If you are purchasing different colors of a product should you select the individual or case package? Will amazon sort them by color once they receive them?
Just for the sake of my point say im selling water bottles. If i am selling a blue and a red one do i have to select individual or since its the exact same thing can i just say case packed.

If we taken DDP service from freight forwarder, still we need to have IOR i.e Importer of Recorder? Or else the. Freight forwarder will be IOR? We are confused, please kindly respond to this. As amazon says without IOR, they going to be not responsible for any other actions later. Please help on it

@vivi zeng Thanks for your message. Since the time I wrote the original message, I earned about it all, did Amazon Brand registry, developed the products, arranged the manufacturers in China (although regional lockdowns did cause a lot of delays) now approaching the final stage.

Hey guys just need a clarification here, why does my product showed “currently unavailable” at amazon but at my AmazonSeller account it showed 1 available.
I have 1 SKU of 15 units and 14 is under fc transfer and 1 is available… does that mean i have to wait for all 15 units to be accepted by Amazon FBA before it turn to “available”??

UPC code is only needed when you creating a listing. FNSKU barcode is what you should put on each item/product.

What about custom's and ect? Lets say i send few boxes from china to US fba store(what happens after it arrives in US)? It will be just delivered from china> FBA store without costoms? Who pay for it?
This is my first time to buy overseas. Do I have to create shipping label if the supplier will take care of the shipping cost?
do you use only fnsku? No GSIN needed?
how do you know the box dimentions? do you get that from the supplier?
Serious question, so if for the sku's i select merchant from the dropdown, we just expect the merchant to put the labels on all 50 products? Will they do that, if so will it cost me?
