Did you add a bigger fan or use the factory fan and just add the toggle to manually turn it on? My '13 model is running way warmer than I want and South Mississippi summers aren't getting any cooler.
I don’t understand how installing larger lines will help you whatsoever. Yes you might get a little more flow but your hydraulic pressure will drop. Hydraulic horsepower is calculated by flow x psi/1714= hydraulic hp. Unless you upgraded the pump, that machine won’t gain anything just by upgrading the line size. If it did gain anything, I’m sure bobcat would have installed them from the beginning.
Try blowing water threw a small straw and see how far it goes, now using the same force use a bigger straw.. you'll see the difference is clear even, your able to put more volume with the same Force threw the bigger straw an since we're talking hydraulics they will also run cooler with the less drag/ restriction!
Had my bobcat rep tell me the samething about the quick connects. What quick connects did you put back on I it. Been going to change mine out like you have but not sure which fittings will give more flow and still be universal.
When you double the size of a hose you reduce the friction loss in the hose by 4 times. So by increasing hose diameter Lowers friction loss with the same PSI from the pump will increase your GPM.
Very nice piece of equipment, I would’ve thought your machines got the doosan engine but I see it still got the kubota engine 👍
Can you go into a little more detail on the switch hook up and how you plumbed in ur larger hydraulic reservoir? Thanks.
Can you show the wiring you did on the fan solenoid
Did you notice much of a performance increase when running the head after you tuning the engine?

Plethora of info (and good audio on top of it all)
Man, you sure you ain't no professional videographer err somethin?
Where do you find that muffler wrap? Is it stuck on or strapped on?
What size punch plate did you use to build the “teepee”?
Quick question, where did you run accross those toggle switches?
Can we talk about used lubricant refinery

@@charleswhitney4145 1"as well just like the high flow on the 299d's and case drain .5"

How do you program the ecu to delete the egr and dpf?
This isn't a tier 4 machine, no ECU
What year is it/
