Been looking for something like this for SOOOOO long to simplify how to improvise!!! Thank you!!! Love it :)
Amazing. I've been trying to learn how to improvise like this for a while. This simple video really helped me out. Thanks so much!
Love it!!! Made me try it on the viola!!
That's so nice! Thank you for sharing! I'll try it. 🌹
Awesome dude you rock. Thanx for the video
Wuaoo que bueno! Gracias!

Great job my men 😎thnx
Cool will give it a go!!!!!!
Excellent
hello you are a great musician congratulations playing a lot
cool very nice
Really appreciate these licks! Now that I finally have my hands on a 6-string Violin - do you sweeten your string tuning?
ดีมากครับ
Think I like it.
❤!!
I'm gonna add more strings maybe 7 or 8
Wow, that's so cool...and soon different from classical violin. Even the posture and left hand wrist position and angle is so different! A totally different style which would take years perfect (for me anyway...lol). Have you started with classical training and sort of evolved into rock violin, or have you always played this way?
There is another point to it: his violin has 6 strings. You can play very differently with six strings. When you have only four (standard violin), a lot of these pentatonic walkthroughs (that you can also play on a guitar) need shifting or vast stretches. That would look very different.
Is really just electric guitar for the violin
Gosh that rosin. Hope he has Ling Ling insurance 🤔
Keeps saying pentatonic like we are supposed to know what that means. Sounds great but I wish I understood a word he was saying.
Pentatonic scale is a scale of five notes. i.e d r m s l d' . It's formula is, you skip the 4th and 7th degrees. e.g C D E G A C' on a C major scale.
For minor pentatonic scale, the root note is la. So you have l d r m s l'. You skip the 2nd and 5th degree e.g A C D E G A' on an A minor scale.
I hope this helped.

I like how it's not even a violin
Yes, It is. Not the traditional one though. The bridge has to be wider so it can have 5 strings. It's a custom violin.
Why does his fiddle have 5 strings? Isn't that cheating? Yikes.
It's a six string and allows him to have a bigger range. Not cheating at all, just not traditional :)
Well, it's a 6 strings violin.... not very "classical" and not so helpful for many violinists...
Robert Baussay he onlynuses middle 4
you did'nt look well enough...
Robert Baussay Oof, i didnt lol ur right then
Robert Baussay It really is though. It doesn’t matter how many strings the instrument has, the techniques that he shows you in the video can be easily implemented on to a regular violin as well.
