- In this video extract, Sri M, discusses the various aspects of Kriya Yoga. While it is part of his parampara and an effective technique, he emphasises that it is not the only path available to attain spiritual fullfillment. However, if one is keen to follow the path of Kriya yoga, there are Yama niyamas that need to be followed for it to be effective. He also firmly states that if one hasn't resolved to be regular in its practice, it's better not to take Kriya and waste time.

How do I learn kriya yoga from you guruji?
Please someone ask this question to Sri. M. My thought processes are smart enough, that it won't let me become an innocent devotee. I'm lazy enough to do any serious kriya yoga on a daily basis. I believe that only Guru's grace is real and every other practice is just circus. Can you please teach me a small Sadhana with which I can win Guru's grace?

How can I get initiated to Kriya. (Practicing meditation for a few years)
You need to find someone who will teach to to you. Sri M has a schedule of where he teaches, he can give you Kriya if you find him. I learned in Melbourne 2 weeks ago, it was a bit of travel though

@@infact5376 after watching many of Sri M videos and satsangs, by listening attentively and understand what he talk about and follow the in video practice is also one of the way to get initiated in Kriya, if you understand Sri M a bit you will see that he dont go that much into tradition of doing such ritual of initiation etc, in this new era, even the rules and regulations of kriya also has been adapted or adjusted according to his modern era, which is more practical and possible to be followed by anyone, for instance he is very well aware of this talks being shared in the internet, if he is concerned about this specific ritual to iniatiate a person for a Kriya, he should have avoided the video uploaded to internet or even go as far as cutting the part of Kriya technique. So this a sign that means Kriya is for everyone and Sri M made it available for everyone of us, to practice at anytime
