- SRI M says his greatest lesson along his most unusual and even controversial spiritual path, the one taught to him by his most valued teacher, the need to open the heart.
Born a Moslem, Sri M is now widely considered to be an Indian Yogi. He has has encounters in the flesh with Mahavatar Sri Guru Babaji, Shirdi Sai Baba, serpent teachers, and his own personal teacher, Maheshwarnath Babaji.
Following decades of being silenced by his teachers, Sri M is now free to talk about his experiences. He turns 70 soon and now travels the world sharing his spiritual understanding.
Sri M's internationally respected book, "Apprenticed to a Himalayan Master, A Yogi's Autobiography" first told of his astonishing encounters in 2010.

His 'miracles' were to attract minds sunk in materialism and turn them within. So 'vibhuti' was not for show, it was to rope minds in
@PEACEFUL WARRIOR there are magic tricks and then there IS genuine Divine power.
Sathya Sai Himself never gave importance to His materialisations. They were just a means to attract people who were too caught up in materialism, to demonstrate that there is something apart from the seen world.
While vibhuti is His most well known, there were many, many materialisations that were extraordinary, which the Sai world does not publicise.
E.g -- out of season fruits, mysterious medallions, medicines, gems and precious metals, lingas out of His own stomach, and so much more.
That was Divine Power.
Also, vibhuti had medicinal value, different tastes like sweet, bitter, etc.

Producing of vibhuti was amazing but as he said, it is not a big deal. Bigger deal is to get God's grace to walk on the spiritual path and progress in that path.
I cannot cease to see the twinkle in his eyes...the joy .. Sri has tasted the nectar for sure!

This is a brief explanation for "LIFE":
Everything, both visible and invisible, is what most persons call "God".
God is One Reality but just as a knife cannot understand itself, God cannot know itself (or at least EXPERIENCE Himself) and so has manifested this phenomenal universe within Himself. Therefore, this world of duality is really just a play of consciousness within Consciousness.
Apparently, this phenomenal universe was "created" (within Consciousness) with the initial act (the so-called "Big Bang") and from that first deed, every action that has occurred has been a direct or indirect result of it. Therefore, each of us humans were the result of that initial manifestation. That is the real explanation for "karma" - everything was preordained from the initial spark (or to be more precise, preordained in ETERNITY). Whatever state we currently find ourselves in is the result of two factors alone - our genetic make-up at conception and our present-life conditioning.
Because we are temporarily residing within this dualistic universe, we experience both pain and pleasure, BOTH of which can (and usually does) cause us suffering. Suffering and pain are not the same. There are five kinds of suffering:
Guilt
Blame
Pride
Worry/Anxiety
Attachment to outcomes/Expectations
These types of suffering are the result of not properly understanding what was explained above, that life is a series of happenings and NOT caused by the individual living beings. No living creature, including us humans, has individual free-will. There is only the Universal, Divine Will at play, acting through every body. The body/mind is simply a biological machine.
So now that you understand life and why we are suffering here in this (supposedly) material universe, you are now able to be liberated from all forms of suffering, RIGHT?
WRONG! It is imperative to find an authentic spiritual master to assist you to come to the above realization, by slowly undoing your past conditioning.
Even if you follow a competent teacher, you may still not come to a full understanding of life but if you are sincere, humble and dedicated, you will definitely find more peace in your daily life (all of which was DESTINED to occur, of course).

@@TheWorldTeacher ...agree with most of what you say. Master only appears when the disciple is ready and for that to happen...the yearning for truth must FIRST exist. God ...and nothing short of God is what one must desire or ...knowing ones true nature must be the only pining left...
Then the master appears, the angels ,gurus ,god descend into ones conciousness to guide the soul. Till then...its only a vedio game we are playing..or a virtual reality we are living in birth after birth.

@@priceisking2943 hmm...or his understanding ...of Sw. Vivekananda in one of his recent discourses. Very few truly get Vivekananda correctly who lived and spoke of values and ways of living life, way beyond ordinary perception.

It was an impressive and eye -opening discourse which is different from other interviews.but in all the interviews sri M is blowing his trumpet and his miraculous encounters and experiences.He is not shedding light on the ways and means of attaining realisation for an ordinary aspirant.though he talks about the one--pointed readiness to embrace the truth through hardships and obstacles.without mentioning the ways to tackle the hurdles and the details of his path enticing serous seekers.

According to buddhism the nature of mind is emptiness, mind natural quality is awareness and knowing. Usually when buddist monk becomes englightment there is a cosmic explosion and knowing taking place in mind when outer world remains the same. Many buddhist monk has encounter gods, dieties, and serpent from different realms of existences and come to learn teaching of boudha dharma. Anyway this monks had tought gods, demi gods, serpent and even demons about dharma day and night for there's benifits, so when mr m talks i belief in him and in this buddhist monk like ajhan chah and ajhan mun and many tibetan yogi. Anyway i m just good at talking xnd saying nothing more but i like medition and i know sila is a foundation for spirituals growth and without meditation one cannot achieve englightment..this is what i think and belief in it.

The interviewer intentions are clear, he tries to bait Sri M and get some insight into his special powers and extra terrestrial experiences but there is no spiritual maturity in him to ask real questions. He wasted three attempts with Sri M .
Real questions means let him refer to Bhagavad-Gita and see how beautifully Arjuna asked when Bhagavan Srkishna was infront of him
i have a question that has been bothering me for very long. once,i tried very hard for something i really wanted in my life.i almost got it.i was about to get it.just then,someone came into my life who was until then, a total stranger to me, and prevented me,heckled me,harassed me from taking that last step towards my goal.it was almost as if the world did not want me to attain it at all,not even 50%.this incident angered me, hurts me very badly.but why did this happen?why was i prevented so brutally from having what my heart desired?
I have experienced something perhaps simiular. My biggest dream was to become a famous singer. Next to the goal of enlightement , Self realisation, Awakening! I lost my singing voice completely at that point my Awakening was there at the same time. In Total despair I realised that nothing in my life was more important then my concious contact with my inner Self! I had to let go of my goal just to realise this! This is one of the obstacles I had to cross! I still want to sing but God realisation and living in surrender to the will of my conciousness in the here and Now is more important to me.Thy will not mine be donne , love and courage to you. It is not in our time, we not know when it is time. But on this path we get what we need to reach that goal! ❤️
