@@drophobia I am running Infinite Impermanence, but I am working on getting Maxx "C" for the deck, as this deck was a budget build that I have been slowly adding to over time. The Purrely player in me is in pain seeing the opponent throw away the Happiness OTK considering they had Pretty, Happy, and Delicious in hand after you used all your interaction. However, the Traptrix player in me relishes the misplay and loves to see it happen. Great video!
@@jz9715 I have only once had someone try the Happiness OTK on me. Most Purrley players I have faced seem to play more defensively and go for the "safer" Noir most of the time, for whatever reason. Traptrix is an uncommon deck anymore too, so a lot of players might not be aware that it is one of the best suited for it.
Numero 70 es una adición interesante para un deck traptrix, básicamente a diferencia de púdica o SP: little knight no tiene efectos perjudiciales, pero nunca se va a sacar en primer turno, sino que es para rematar al oponente, una tecnología de destierro interesante.
I have seen players using Number 70 in Duel Links for Traptrix, and it is definitely a good card. Most of the time, though, I usually go into Time Thief Redoer if I need that type of removal, as it is a quick effect and does not target.
@@BoiwhatDahell I was able to pick up three of the physical structure decks on sale for 7.98 each. However, the singles for the deck are quite cheap, as most of them have common printings. Very good replays! I returned to the game after years and I'm trying to play traptrix, so these videos are very useful. Based on your experience, do you consider the Masquerena+Avramax combo better than the F0 Utopic combo? Have you ever tried including Underworld Goddess in the deck?
@@awakemymetis Thank you, I am glad these replays are helping! Utopic combo is easier to do and in most situations is all you need, but Avramax is better for the Purrely match up, which is still common on ladder, as it gets over Noir and functions under Bagooska. @@Alonzone I was kind of surprised they did not release it with the other support, given the power of cards they have been adding to the game lately, but instead gave them a broken but convoluted skill that made them playable but no where near the power they need to have in order to properly compete.
@@stoic_hero_tcgThe skill itself can’t even be used even if Sera was in the game. The main drawback is that you must only have XYZ monsters in the extra deck.
@@Alonzone That is what I was getting at: If and when Sera is added to the game, that skill instantly becomes worthless (and it is not even worth much now). I do not understand what the purpose of having that skill if they are just going to completely invalidate it later by simply adding the rest of the archetype to the game. Seems silly.
@@trantuan8742 What misplay? I purposefully activated Rafflesia to get Holeutea in the GY to be able to use its effect? It might have been a gamble, but I already had plenty of disruption on board and wanted access to special summoning from the GY incase my opponent sat backrow, which they did.
