This is a great idea for a video. Big fan of USA-made gear, but as I myself live in Canada I don't think enough creators are making videos showcasing international makers. There's a huge untapped market here worth exploring, and I would definitely watch the hell out of any type of video with such a feature.

Since I started watching a couple of years ago, I've gone from occasionally strapping my leatherman to my belt and throwing a bulky leather wallet in pocket to buying a full brass edc, including modifying my Civivi Elementum (by swapping out for some brass scales), picking up a fischer spacepen bullet in brass and a brass reylight pineapple. Now I'm waiting on a custom brass wallet that I bought from a couple of guys in Croatia. Keep up the great content! I'm looking forward to see what all you have for us in 2023!!!
For the guys looking for watch and light recommendations, I would like to add Shinola made in Detroit MI and Lum Tec made in Mentor OH. although neither have Ti options. Secondly I cant recommend Zebraight enough. Even thought they arnt made in the USA or Ti they are amazing working lights with a focus on quality light output and emitters.
Just got a powerpint in black to complete my black edc. and it feels stronger and a more complete multitool cause I have two dimes and a gerber armbar and of course some victorinox but the power pint it's been the best recommendation, I ve been following your path for about 4 to 5 years now and I really enjoy your content keep the great job
I was told by a watchmaker that steam is really tough on watches, even if they are waterproof. He recommended not wearing in showers, saunas, etc. Just use a cheap watch in those environments and to change the seal every time a watch is opened to ensure it stays waterproof.
Reylight triple dawn is awesome and the emisar d4v2 or a kr4 are my favorite, hank has them in all kinds of metals with different finishes, but they are a little bulky.

American made titanium flashlight Lauilima Hoku. I’ve carried one for almost 2 years now and it’s been a great light. In fact, Taylor - I’d love to see you do an episode featuring their other lights as I’m looking to get one of their larger ones.
The lumentop fw3a is a great light, its an 18650 battery but it's not much bigger than the rovyvon a24. I believe the fw3a is the aluminum model and the fw3 is titanium. It runs on the anduril firmware so there's tons of cool stuff you can do with it. It's triple emitter, around 2500 lumens, and you can put a glow gasket in if you wanted. The aluminum models are like 40 or 45 bucks and the titanium model is around 80 or 90.

I have the county comm/maratac titanium field watch and it's great. Super light weight and a nice wearable size for edc at 39mm case diameter. The miyota 9015 movement is a great automatic movement for the price and all together its a great little field watch. My only complaint with it would be that it doesn't have a date window which is kinda strange imo because the miyota 9015 movement has a date wheel. There diver I think it's called the s35 maybe don't quote me but it looks really nice to me I'd like to try one of them out, it's the same movement as the field watch but it has a date window and is a bigger watch in general and it's a diver.
Taylor, I really appreciate the reviews and info. you regularly present.. Living in the southeast USA I have often had to stop wearing a watch because (in thr heat) the band iritated my skin.. Do you have suggestions for a good, and importantly - a breathable, watch/watch band. Thanks.

Not fancy but I added the zebra pens to my edc love the pens dude, everyone at my job site is ordering them now that they see me with them. Not fancy or expensive but I like them.
What's up with this obsession with the SOG Powerpint. I see it in gear submissions, you've also talked multiple times about it. Does Leatherman not make better quality tools that still meet the size prefferences? I might just have to get one just to see what this fuss is about. I do get the fact that sizewise it sits right between a rebar and a PS4, but I doubt a rebar sized MT would be uncomfortable to carry +there's always the juice series.

@@parker-rockytopcustoms7534 I've been able to consistently find them in stock over at Mukama. It ships from Europe, but I haven't had any issues. Prices seem high at first, but you have to back out the VAT which isn't applicable to US buyers.
The Chemicals from the industrial dishwashers are caustic, and hes lucky that his Apple watch has held up this long. I use a Garmin Instinct whilst actually repairing these Industrial dishwashers .
I see edc folks carrying these coins and “death cookie” type things. What are they and why would you carry something like that? Doesn’t seem to have a purpose to me or maybe I just don’t understand what they are. Any helps understanding would be appreciated
The inability to bring to mind CountyComm as a source for titanium pen, flashlight and watch option seems like a EDC major blind spot…maybe they just aren’t at a high enough price point? I own and use all three and they are all affordable and high quality. The stuff on this channel has been trending way up into prices outside the range of a lot of folks for some time and it’s sad because more $ sometimes doesn’t mean better.

There’s an Oakley watch made in Ti, it’s def over €500 and it’s def an acquired taste but I love mine!!! 👌🏼

most surefire lights are in the $100-$300 range. and they are... well they are good. not exactly the nerdy edc type of flashlight, but really good.
