For 22k or 23k the very small percentage which is not gold, if they use silver alloy, the piece will be more yellow. If they use copper alloy, it will either take on a little pink tone or at the very least, look less yellow! If it is 18K, when more copper alloy is used, that's how you get pink gold. It's all good gold and just a matter of preference for the tone. Great video! I hope this helps!

However, at the end of the video I am comparing the 24 karat gold and still the Thai jewelry has unusual yellow color. Real diamonds or lab grown, or may be even go for colored gemstones (ruby, sapphire, spinel). You could also find stunning piece at vintage market with a hint of history and specific tradition. Depends on what you want.You have no idea how beatiful it is with for example a pink ruby.I am just making a ring and was a long time not shure if i make the ring from 22 karat or 23 karat.I decided me for 23 karat and thaught when the yellow is to strong and would overwelm the ruby i bring it down to 22 karat.But after i melted the gold with 3,5% silver and saw the colour,it perfectly matched with the pink ruby and i am very happy that i decided for 23 and not 22 karat,because there is allright a very big difference.
