Thank you so much for this one! I lost my sewjo a few months ago and all I can think about today is creating this one soon! ❤
Brianna, this was a fun and thorough tutorial. I love these quilts, I am partial to the bright one with the raggedy borders. I am really enjoying your shop, you and your Mom are great.
Brianna your hair and makeup looks beautiful today 😊
My favorite fabric to "fringe" is flannel. I love this type of quilt.
You are just as CUTE and wonderful as that Raggedy Quilt Brianna! You were right, probably don't need a pattern but my Newbie heart thanks you ever so much for getting one together!
These Quilts are Darling, just Beautiful and Your tutorial is very easy to follow! Thank You for continuing to bring exciting projects to the forefront!

Great video. Brianna, you’re a natural teacher.
I think my mojo just came back 🙉🙉😊😊. Here I come with my crazy wonky scraps 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 cheers from Oz 🌅
Stumbled onto your actual class what fun then watched this one. Classy use of scraps and so many ways you can do this block. Your instruction is awesome. Thanks. Think I may try not cutting apart but taking the little block and cut a heart out and appliqué onto the 7 “ block just for a different look after sandwiching backing and batting together will take care of quilting then rag the quilt. Enjoyed this tutorial.
WOW! I'm already using your technique and redesigning blocks. I love asymmetrical and oddball geometrical pieces. How kool are you!!!
GOD Bless you and Shalom.

This was awesome Miss Brianna! You did great explaining all the steps…and that red line on the presser foot…I had no idea!! That was the bomb digity right there. Thanks for taking the time to show us something new…looking forward to trying this one. Have a marvelous week…oh and just one more thing, I was so happy to see a fabric patch notification tonight…it’s a long stretch for me from Sunday to Wednesday to see ya’ll. Lol I can’t be the only one who feels this way either. 😉😉🤗
You are such a clever creator of patterns and a great teacher. Simple things like enunciating clearly in a louder voice is so important for some of us. I appreciate that you do that every time.
This reminds me of the flannels snip edge quilts that were popular when you were born!! You had to wash and dry those puppies many times to get the snipped edges to fray and fluff. Our dryers were NOT happy. Does anyone else remember those quilts?
Flannel rag quilts are still quite popular! I made one a few months ago.
Really enjoyed your tutorial Brianna!
Thankyou!
Brianna, LOVE THIS!! My next quilt!! And I'm doing the raggedy binding!! Thanks so much!

Love it! You are so good!
I've been trying to think of a way to use my husband's old flannel shirts to make quilts for our grandsons. You nailed it!
How fun..yhiscwould be cool for a kid to make also!!
Yes! Very simple.
Too cool!
Love love ……..
Such beautiful quilts you made. I love the video and pattern. I’m going to make this with all my scraps. Thank you for sharing. ❤️🪡🧵
FYI Thank you for letting us know what the lines means on our sewing machine feet.
Like it. Thanks
Awesome idea! I love the chenille look on a quilt. I'm sure if you cut away the back of the last square, before cutting into four, you could have a 2.5" square to add to your
scraps. Or just cut away behind the last small square after cutting into four. Less bulk at the center point.
Definitely!!
Awesome
I think it would be cute to sew the big blocks wrong sides together with a bigger seam allowance, then clip them so it's even more ragetty.
In cutting out the blocks at the beginning - could you use one of the fancy rotary blades (pinking, crinkle, etc) and be able to skip the snipping to allow for the raggedy edge, or,does that not do enough? Neat idea for the quilt!!
I think it doesn’t quite do enough for the chenille effect.
I'm loving the purple wonky one. gonna have to try this technique with some of my scraps. I have only one concern. when it goes through the laundry, is there a lot of thread loss that might jam up the filters in the machines??
😊
Can you do a tutorial for the ragged binding?
👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🎊🎉🎊🎉👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Wovens are a great cotton for making rag quilts...also, did you snip out the excess fabric within the 4 Patch?
Project #8 😆
I don't do fmq would a long armer be willing to quilt this type of quilt? I'm blind in my left eye and have been for 68 yrs and FMQ is a strain on my good eye.
This is beautiful. I wonder why you didn’t connect the blocks using the raggedy method?
I was thinking the same thing. And if you back every square as you go once you’ve got them all together you’re done. No extra quilting required you can run a stay stitch all the way around the edge clip it and you don’t even have to add that extra little bit of raggedy binding. If you wanted the edges “extra” you could add some chenille-it.
I'm not a 'scrappy' person, but these are really cool. A couple of questions if you don't mind.
After sewing on the last square, could you cut the back fabric out, like done with the first set?
Have you done this sewing the center square on point?
You could cut the second one out, but it’s not in the block seams so there’s no added bulk. On point would be awesome!!! Wish I thought of that!!
Wondered if you could make this and not have it be a rag quilt.
Baby I'm
Love it!
