- Twins Garden Moscow (19th best restaurant in The World's 50 Best Restaurants) showcases a 16-course set-menu with the first-ever 3d printed squid, and 16 vegetable wines.
03:52 - 3D printed squid tasting for those who can't wait to see it.
Price: 16-course set-menu, 16 vegetable wines included ( parsley wine, tomato wine, rhubarb wine, and so on). - $200 per person.
Twins Garden is a restaurant based on the concept of a symbiosis of science and nature. In the kitchen, they use the latest technological developments and products from our own farm.
Thanks to the farm, regardless of the season, Sergey Beresutskiy and Ivan Beresutskiy, both chefs and owners, can form and control most of the restaurant’s food traffic. Chefs personally track what our animals eat, choose the optimal fertilizers for the soil, and control the quality of vegetables and fruits literally “from seed to plate.”
This is so crazy, but beautiful. This is a whole new level
It looks amazing. I can feel the true love and effort that went into making every dish. I wish I could smell and taste the food through the screen.
Way better editing and camera work! Keep this up man, the steadiness makes it easier to ogle the food and see the detail.
This is the most interesting view and take of food I’ve ever seen. Mind blowing and beautiful perspective. Really appreciate this one
These guys are crazy -- in good way!
One of the finest examples of “art cuisine” i’ve ever seen. Unbelievable. So much great stuff from Russia in the culinary world!
The journey of the vegetable is such a marvel concept. Shines more than thr squid imho. Cheers.
The fact that they’re twins makes it extra freaky.
