Spelman College Commencement 2019

Relive Spelman’s 132nd Commencement ceremony that took place on Sunday, May 19, 2019. The ceremony featured speaker Keisha Lance Bottoms, Mayor of the City of Atlanta, who also received the National Community Service Award. Poet, playwright and activist Sonia Sanchez accepted an honorary degree and Valedictorian Ariana Benson and senior class president Mikia Frazier shared reflections with the class of 2019.
