Praliné muslin cream:
• 25 cl of whole milk
• ½ vanilla pod
• 50 g caster sugar
• 2 egg yolks
• 10 g of flour
• 20 g of cornstarch
• 130 g of ointment butter
• 75 g of praline
Dacquoise with hazelnut:
• 75 g of almond powder
• 75 g of hazelnut powder
• 35 g of flour
• 100 g icing sugar
• 5 egg whites
• 40 g caster sugar
Decoration:
• Icing sugar
• Crushed hazelnuts
