Hi, the casting kit used in the video was built not only for my personal use but also to sell similar ones to others. If you are in Egypt you can buy a casting kit starting from 1200$ up to 3200$.

Because the gypsum still have moisture, you need to burn out the gypsum mold in the kiln for many hours
Can i cast titanium and steel this way ?
yes you can but using phosphate bonded investment instead of the gypsum bonded investment that I used in this video. Titanium usually need a more specific investment powder because it is very reactive when it is in the molten state.

@@jasonmacdocman1716 you can cast steel using phosphate bonded investment and the solid flask process or you can use the ceramic shell process.

The furnace is made in Egypt and is sold only in Egypt for now.

bro 1 question most electric furnaces go up to 1100c degrees can they melt a material that melts at 1800 degrees?
The normal electrical furnaces can go up to 1200 degree C, if you need to go higher then you will have to use induction furnaces and they are much more expensive.
