Hi Septic, it works with PS5. But in order to use it with a headset on a Play Station console, you need a headphone and microphone splitter to plug your headset into the controller. Needless to say, a standalone microphone will outperform a headset mic, which you can tell from the size of the microphone capsule.

can i use this on ps5? and is it worth it to use this as a mic and use my usual headset that already has a mic as just headphones?
