Let's make an Autumn classic, Mont Blanc this week.
It's very easy and it tastes exactly like the one you buy at the store.
Autumn's appetite is beginning to kick in!
Meringue cookie ingredients:
75g egg white (2 eggs)
75g sugar
Tart ingredients:
35g butter (room temperature)
15g powdered sugar
15g beaten egg
75 cake flour
2g almond poodle
2g cornstarch
Marron paste material:
200g chestnut paste (commercially available)
75g fresh cream
