I think the wizard boots is one of the most op items cause it give you extra gold for assist and kill... Makes you get your item faster. And i remember on some competitive game almost every player in the team buy that boots...
Why tf does people saying they should bring back scarlet phantom. Haas claw is pretty much scarlet phantom with a different item icon. It may have slightly reduced attack speed passive but that doesn't make any difference and 25% lifesteal added on top of it is a huge value
No it isn't the atk speed which you used to get with scarlet phantom and windtalker was superior than any other make berserker alongside deadly combo, and for healing demon hunter which also helped killing tanky heroes, the current items don't work together properly haas claws doesn't work with demon hunter and the current crit build which is haas claws, windtalker and berserk doesn't have as much as atk speed and the damage which had back so its a huge nerf for crit build And dragon spear is trash item

So all stat you lost from scarlet phantom is just 15% less attack speed which is just a small sacrifice for all the benefits. And crit mm doesn't even have an item slot for demon hunter sword, after building 3 crit items, they can't replace wind and malefic roar, both of them are huge damage or survivability loss

Scarlet Phantom's passive got migrated to Haas Claws, meaning while we still get the lifesteal effect, the crit dmg/rate and atk speed makes it even better along with its passive. Ngl, I think migrating the two is a great idea, especially when it can br used for both mm and non mm characters.

i miss the old roaming mask.. the blue mask in particular.. the one that slows the enemy 60% when hit with basic attack.. my roamer kadita averaged more than 10 kills per game using that item, slowing the enemies to sure hit all my skill combo..

So u can also use petrify&inspire.
The Wizards boots is probably removed because the rest of the boots are getting left out. I still remember how my entire team and opponents team never use other boots than that, until I reach mythic it's almost 90/10 that you'll see other boots getting used.

Problem was that both took an Item Slot. For jungle items it wasnt that of a disadvantage but for the Roam Item
