Actually, Tony's argument in MCU made more sense than his douchey argument in the comics. I actually thought Cap's argument was super self-righteous in the movie (not sure if it was the way the message was delivered or was it Evan's acting). Nevertheless, I love this movie! Cue Airport fight scene.... and man oh man this is my favourite end credits theme. Tied with the Endgame one.
