my question is that , owner of the housing society is a builder(......corporation limited) builder demanding huge amount from lease holder resident for instalation of k-electric meter( kind of NOC ) residends want to file suit against illegal demand of huge amount, so questio is that where the resident file case and whom against, builder or society? thanks
