- Hello, friends! Join me as I visit Aviemore for the first time. My friends kindly invited me to join them for the 40th (and last) Aviemore Sledog Rally and spend a few days exploring Aviemore! I had a lot of footage so decided to split the vlog into two parts. In the second part, I explore Aviemore's high street, the Green Loch and Loch an Eilein.

Wow! Another wonderful adventure in this beautiful area. The scenery here is incredible! So wild & captivating! The beautiful Lochs, burns, woods mountains & Sunsets. Just breathtaking. Wee Sally seems to be so happy there too, frolicking all around in the water & all over the place! I love it when Sally finds another big stick & wants to keep it all to herself. She looks like she just cherishes that stick more than anything in the world at that time LOL. So Cute! It was funny when Sally was standing in the Loch there watching those two ducks paddling away nearby. She looked like she was contemplating chasing them but seemed to change her mind. LOL. She really is so cute & quirky! I love that too! Your dinner looked delicious there Shawna! The Pizza especially! My mouth was watering just seeing that yummy looking meal! Well, Shawna, this truly was another special adventure in Aviemore, totally surrounded by sheer beauty. Scotland truly is one of the most beautiful places in the world. I really love it! Even the drive home was beautiful, complete with a bright, beautiful & colorful Rainbow to top off this marvelous experience. Thank you for sharing it with us! Blessings to you!

Was looking forward to part 2! I was in Aviemore in September. Just passing through on the way to Strathpeffer. I drive from London to Scotland every year, it is a 2 day solid drive from London but so worth it! We frequently stay in wooden lodges and have had some lovely ones. They are so cosy and always well equipped and set out. We called at House of Bruar on our return journey. Such an excellent stopping place and it has really expanded since I was last there. Your walks looked lovely.

Aviemore looks nice! I drove through it when on a trip in the Perth area in 2022. I applied for a job there as well but sadly didn't get it. I bet Aviemore would've been a nice place to work.
