Dell OptiPlex 3080 8FC8 BIOS password hack

This video covers admin password removal for an OptiPlex 3080. I have no idea if it'll work for an unrelated system, but theoretically it should assuming you have a Dell with a similar 8FC8 BIOS. This is the result of lots of searching on the internet and piecing various bits together, because there's no one-stop shop for this and most posts seem like they're trying to protect their revenue stream and get you to buy their service vs. giving useful information and/or tons of forum posts where people are like "unlock my bios for free please do it for me."
Yes I know the computer screen's not super clear. To restate the intro: this isn't a tutorial so much as a springboard for you to figure out how to do it yourself.
