- Army Reservists going through Commando Training in preparation for the Reserve Forces Commando Course. The bottom field assault course must must be completed in under 5 minutes whilst carrying 14.5kg of equipment/rifle.
I remember doing this very course 42 yrs ago it’s hardly changed , only the instructors are more polite 🇬🇧

That's why we need to plan ourselves via making extras in all we do because depending on paycheck that can give us our comfort and peace till we die is not guaranteed
This is actually what most families are going through, tax and rents takes almost what they got monthly, leaving them with no savings
I'm a nurse and I saw all this coming, so l've planned myself so I engaged in forex trading, little I know about the business though but so far so good, Forex trading has been my very means of savings lately while my salary goes for bills and utilities
I've heard a lot complaining about how unsafe crypto and Forex trading is but honestly speaking, if you don't experience you won't know, I've seen the bad and the good part of Forex trading
Love the music and the cinematics. And by the way, for me this is real fitness, something that could hardly be attained at the gym

Your right. .. in the 1990s I completed bottom field , now 43 it's not the fitness it's how my body would recover .. Young man's game.
All of this stuff could be easily imitated in a gym with a 50-100lb weight vest on
It’s mostly calisthenics
40 years ago in November 2023 for me, I forgot how many times I ran that course ( part of Hunter Troop after a knee injury ), great effort well done.
That would be the most badass play ground ever!! Also you guys did good, you had fun but also got the job done!!

@@HellhoundX90doesn’t matter. These men passed the same arduous tests as the Royal Marines. Army commandos are just as good as RM, even reservists who have passed deserve their credit.

@@georgeeastwood313These are Army, on the All Armed Commandos Course. Certain regiments in the army allow you to do the commando course to earn your green beret and join 3 Commando Brigade.
@@swirvin_625 I know there normally referred to "small arms" whilst we passed them on bottom field ready for warm up, I'll let you think how I know that 😁
@@georgeeastwood313 haha awesome mate! I went down to Lympstone when I applied for the RM and did the PRMC. I passed and was set a date for basic, I got injured twice prior to it and have two kids now. Dad was also in 59 Commando. I’m planning on signing up for Royal Artillery with the hopes of doing the AACC.
