Living in the middle of California, I'm already halfway there to where a show will be at... it's either a show up north in Sacramento, down south in L.A./San Diego or to the west in the Bay Area. Not only that, but there's probably at least 3 to 5 stops.

I remember back in 2004 was playing all over my country, and played with a band, death metal, all out of tempo, horrible, 2 note riffs the whole time, and after one of the dudes just came and tell us that they were going on a European tour, and the album was finished that week, and that he had to sell the house (he was like 18, living with parents, I AM 40 living with parents not by choice ( 2nd world country, Portugal) and I swallowed that with a band that was playing everywhere and had no label or even a chance except a phone call once in a while "wanna come open for these guys?" "these guys want to open for you!". Never paid gigs, and this CRAP was trying to convince me of a fake tour, label, success. And the sad part was that untill this day, these bands starting out KEEP trying to shove down my throat these lies. I answered one "look, your videoclip was paid for likes, cause you have no subscribers, and played live 3 times only, BE REAL!" There are so many bullshiters in the underground. And the common thing was telling me that they got paid like 200 bucks for a gig, and when you see the photos, had like 10 people not even watching, back to stage...Pictures and video taken from the """suposed crowd"""" making the video look like a success, with screams and claps from DVDS of big bands... It is horrible what these people are doing now with the digital age.
