My summer is not complete without making a mango tart! This season, I put together this extremely simple, #Eggless #NoBake #MangoTart which is light, fresh and so delicious!
If you don't have a tart pan, you canalso layer the three elements in a dessert glass. It wil look pretty and taste equally delicious!
For the tart shell-
2 cups biscuit crumbs ( about 260gm ParleG biscuits)
1 cup melted butter
For the custard-
1/2 liter milk
1/4 cup milk + 3 tbsp custard powder
4 tbsp powdered sugar
To Top-
4-5 mangoes, thinly sliced
chopped pistachios

Love this recipe for how simple yet infinitely rewarding it is. Definitely recommended. This can be made for potlocks, get togethers or any party given how fancy that decoration looks.
I tried it and everyone simply loved it! So much that they want me to make it again and again till the season is there! I did not have a tart/pie mould and so I had tried setting on a plate but at a later stage I could not take it out properly from the plate and so had to break it in half and instead of the round shape, had to set it in semi-circle shape and set it that way! I was then a little dicey on how it would turn out to be but still set it! Later when I served everyone including me loved it so much! The taste was so good! Your recipes and way of explaining is just amazing!

Mr. Shivesh, I tried your recipe and made mango tart last night. I made a slight change in that I added about a cup of fresh mango purée to the custard. I couldn’t get a good mango rose as the fruits were a bit too ripe but still got a decent topping with a small central rose and small slices around it. The taste was so good. It is a simple but rich dessert, easy to make. Parle G crust takes the cake.

I tried this recipe , I suggest you should pour the custard over the crust after it has cooled down to room temperature and then refrigerate the whole thing. I tried doing it the way Shivesh did (first refrigerating the custard for 30-40 min and then pouring it over the crust) and it didn't set properly over it infact it lost it's texture and became kinda lose and runny although it had set perfectly into the bowl in which I had refrigerated it.
Its quit tricky to explain,actually custard is almost like long chains of rubber bands for example.If u set it once and churn it the elastic threads will break and will never set again,unless you heat the entire mixture again and keep it to set.

Made this mango tart with Marie biscuits instead of parle g as I wanted something less sweeter. The crust came out to be beautiful. The whole tart was so amazing. Guys this a must-try recipe it's so easy and yummy at the same time. I made it for my cousins birthday and I am usually sceptical when I'm making desserts but it turned out amazing and in 10 minutes to be precise the whole bowl was wiped clean and I've already got requests to make over the weekend.
