Very well done. I grew up not to far from there, and now work in Plainview. Drove by after seeing your initial vid, and just drove by again. I’m not in the home building business, but it’s typically 300/sq ft and up for a stick built house (obviously that’s retail). There is no way someone could do better than purchasing a home from you IMO. Even if I bought that tear down and was able to build for 200/ft, that’s basically 1.6M plus taxes for the time of the build. My point is, you’ve done a wonderful job, the buyer got real value, and the fact that the foundation was left will save them thousands for years. Thanks for posting these kinds of videos.
