I got rejected on many big hospitals I applied in other countries. I tried and tried, and it came to the point that I almost quit and cry out loud like questioning God "why". But one day when I wake up, I received a text message saying that there's an interview again for a prestige hospital, then I said this will be the last if I can't still make it. I guess I need to give up. Luckily I was hired and was given a big opportunity that is beyond my expectation. You see the thing here is that, don't give up. Trust God's plan, it's always perfect. He really knows what's the best, and for that I am forever grateful.
I've been rejected so many times. Scholarships, woman, i wanted to go to big universities but failed due to financial problems. That didn't stopped me though. I worked hard, endured different kind of pains. Now I'm almost there. I graduated last March and about to get onboard on a Tanker ship.

I always thought I'm the only guy who's so decently lucky enough to always get rejected. Then, I found this guy. A personal inspiration he is for me. I just gotta believe now, "There's life at the end of the tunnel."

Very inspiring video ! Little story about rejection, since I was a child, my parents and teachers told me that I will never find a job. 25 years ago, I went to look for a job in a printing house, when I start to ask, the boss said NO curtly without looking at me and go back to his business. I was standing there, ashamed, devastated until I've found the strength to walk and go outside... it was my first and last request for a job lol. Even if with the time I've understood that too many people came to ask him for a job before me as he was installed near the high unemployment area I come from.
Im completely inspired. Especially #10 where he was clear about his long-term vision. I overcame so many rejections, but I stayed the course and make 6 figures in my home based business. It's only the beginning. Thanks for putting this video together.

Don't complain look for opportunities I think that's where most people have struggles because it's always easier to complain about something rather than looking for solutions and opportunities. Jack Ma is truly inspirational.
Am highly inspired by this video. It is true one should stayed focused, I applied for admission into high institutions for more than 8 times no way, but today am a graduate with diverse experiences, even though am still looking for my dream jobs after 8 years of graduation. Once again I thank God for your life Jack Ma.
I had to start a small business with 3500 Dollars while my parents, friends all thought i would not only fail but i would probably get killed since we lived in an insecure area of Afghanistan. I am now glad i made a decision of chasing my dream, keeping my dream alive and working for longer hours than any employees i had so far.

There are many ways to get rich, even not going to school to learn about finances or follow some guideline or follow peoples footsteps or buy peoples book for you to follow, from my opinion you make your own agenda for success, first is planning, research, implementation, strategy & sacrifice thru follow up, experimentation, study & write down by tracking the results, have plenty of writing material, i think the results are outrageous.

Great video Evan. My search for inspiration tonight is more filled because of it. One rule that really stuck out to me while watching interviews with Jack Ma is building and creating trust.
I have huge respect for this person. Sheer determination and never give up. He did not have any of the benefits like other great entrepreneurs had, he is not genius like Gates or Musk, he wasn't born in Capitalistic country like US. But he keep going, holding values, working like hell, and here he is! Proud of him.
I am a student at 11 standard. I want to become doctor. But in my observations and in advices I came to feel I am not able. Always my tutor reject us . Thanks for Jack ma. I WILL WIN. i just failed the most important test in my life. im 25 and studied hard for 3 years for something i dont want probably (engineering in a prestige university). eventually i failed a test in math that i underestiamted giving me a 1 year delay resulting a lose of opportunity not to pay 4000$ which now fuk up everyhing so im broke. also spent my best years when i had passion for hard work in the millitary and actually was very good soldier, promoted as staff sergant, even the best in my unit. squadron commander and base commander gave me a medal...never mind. the point is im lost.. i dont like what im about to do the failure in the test just triggered the feeling that something is wrong.. i actually cried WTF! so at the best scenario i will start engineering at the age of 26 living with parents cuz its impossible otherwise and knowing i dont like it anyway.. cuz other things that i like not more than a hobby.. and cant make a living from them. so.. needed to tell some one about that i guess iam ashamed to tell my parents and friends who have expectations even knowing they will support me.. but within my self im a failure...sorry for spelling mistakes.. a dont care anyway.. thank you for reading .

Thank you Evan!! Your videos motivated me while studying for my law school entrance exam and sending out my applications. I applied to 16 law schools. Got rejected to 10 and accepted to 6 with scholarship. I will be attending a top 14 law school and really believe more rejections is a sign you are on the right path and when the right door opens up for you you will realize it and appreciate the opportunities given to you with your efforts and blessing from the universe.

Hi Evan, The last speech was awesome I agree. I notice a theme and am wondering if you would delve into a different arena................Ten Noble Rules for Inspiration................ In other words, your videos seem to be focused on business and such.....what about science discoveries? How about the key reasons a Noble Laureate managed to stay focused enough to discover how the universe works in Astrophysics, Chemistry, Particle Physics and so on? These are things that change our world. And the things they must keep focused on are similar to business and so on in curious ways it seems to me. Hawking's ten rules, or Einstein's top ten rules and so on. The expanding universe was discovered by just trying to measure something mundane, that turned out to be doing the opposite of what everyone expected to be happening. But to get there, it took a lot of effort and a lot of time to measure boring things, staying up all night at a big telescope. Only after the work did it turn out the universe was doing something strange........ ......but how do they choose which boring thing to work on? That's the interesting question. rt

Even though the sales pitch was in Chinese and I wasn't part of the initiative, I still felt quite moved and motivated and believed in him. He really has great passion and determination. :)
I remember being rejected from my dream university. I mean like, it is my definite goals for 3 years. I went to several tuitions to study the A levels, Maths, English, u name it. I sacrifice my time, the fun times of SHS, and all. When I did the exam, I felt confident with my answers, but somehow deep down, I felt doubtful about what might be coming next. Weeks later, turns out that I was rejected. I was at the rock bottom, but never got too drowned with it. I kept on motivating myself with self-innovating books, videos, motivators like Ea Prince, Simon Sinek, and also your channel helped too. It did really helped. Every leader always told the same thing. "Look for your passion and dreams. Believe". I believe I deserve a university that wants to take my passions and dreams for granted. I gained my believe back, and guess what. I am finally offered at a renowned university, full scholarship and accomodations, well and the most exciting part is, it turned out to be a much better university than my dream university. I wanted to say Thank You for bringing such many inspirational videos, I spare every day 30 minutes with several inspirational channels to keep me motivated. Gladly, they all paid off.
I went to a company (can't disclose name) and asked him that I wanna buy your franchise in a specific town the population of that town was 12,000 he said it would cost me $50,000 for that I asked him I only have 10,000 grands but I am a pier group of 3 people all of us got immense knowledge and experience of this work I can pay you rest in instalment he said sorry I can't there are plenty here who are ready to pay so should I go with you. I left then went to another company the CEO was very money minded he said I'll do the instalment but price will be 1,00,000.00 I said no way. I left from there. I decided to apply on my own franchise license borrowed 25,000.00 more got approved with in weeks. Started business state wide. With 2 offices. The first guy whom I went to he owned 108 franchises that time after 4 years he got 68 running his 20 out of 40 came to me. Half of the staff of the second guy is working for me. So it's about can do attitude. Be positive always 👍🏼
1.He was malfunctioning at his childhood (poor, no nutrition = why he got a unproportionate big head) . 2.He has no strong family background. 3.He only enrolled in an average Chinese school (which can be considered much lower than western education at that time / he can see far/the future). 4.He had no relationship in China (which is one of most important factor for a person to rise from the very bottom , China norm). But he still succeeded/successes .. That's why so many Chinese are amazed by his miraculous success.
We can learn many things from Jack Ma now. He gives teenagers and business man many different kind of positive motivation to let us think how's the future and become a successful person. Well I'm from Malaysia but I'm proud of him

The 'desire' is good enough, but build on it by learning as much as you can. Follow some of your favourite entrepreneurs, study them and pay attention to your own passion as you grow business-wise. Because you will need it, as it is easier to build a successful business from 'passion'.
Emmm... I think Aditya, you missed the points. Most people told u "never give up" but alibaba Jack Ma's philosophy is it's ok to give up , because you should 're-direction yourself for a better u . Once you positioning yourself, it is easier to move to your dream or maybe something else , something greater.

i just failed the most important test in my life. im 25 and studied hard for 3 years for something i dont want probably (engineering in a prestige university). eventually i failed a test in math that i underestiamted giving me a 1 year delay resulting a lose of opportunity not to pay 4000$ which now fuk up everyhing so im broke. also spent my best years when i had passion for hard work in the millitary and actually was very good soldier, promoted as staff sergant, even the best in my unit. squadron commander and base commander gave me a medal...never mind. the point is im lost.. i dont like what im about to do the failure in the test just triggered the feeling that something is wrong.. i actually cried WTF! so at the best scenario i will start engineering at the age of 26 living with parents cuz its impossible otherwise and knowing i dont like it anyway.. cuz other things that i like not more than a hobby.. and cant make a living from them. so.. needed to tell some one about that i guess iam ashamed to tell my parents and friends who have expectations even knowing they will support me.. but within my self im a failure...sorry for spelling mistakes.. a dont care anyway.. thank you for reading .

perhaps you can take free classes on coursera or udacity to discover anything else interests you, and start from there. Apps(programming) development is considered a good field. pretty soon, you can pay your parents the rent.

Got rejected to 10 and accepted to 6 with scholarship. I will be attending a top 14 law school and really believe more rejections is a sign you are on the right path and when the right door opens up for you you will realize it and appreciate the opportunities given to you with your efforts and blessing from the universe.

The last speech was awesome I agree. I notice a theme and am wondering if you would delve into a different arena................Ten Noble Rules for Inspiration................ In other words, your videos seem to be focused on business and such.....what about science discoveries? How about the key reasons a Noble Laureate managed to stay focused enough to discover how the universe works in Astrophysics, Chemistry, Particle Physics and so on? These are things that change our world. And the things they must keep focused on are similar to business and so on in curious ways it seems to me. Hawking's ten rules, or Einstein's top ten rules and so on. The expanding universe was discovered by just trying to measure something mundane, that turned out to be doing the opposite of what everyone expected to be happening. But to get there, it took a lot of effort and a lot of time to measure boring things, staying up all night at a big telescope. Only after the work did it turn out the universe was doing something strange........
......but how do they choose which boring thing to work on? That's the interesting question.

I remember being rejected from my dream university. I mean like, it is my definite goals for 3 years. I went to several tuitions to study the A levels, Maths, English, u name it. I sacrifice my time, the fun times of SHS, and all. When I did the exam, I felt confident with my answers, but somehow deep down, I felt doubtful about what might be coming next. Weeks later, turns out that I was rejected. I was at the rock bottom, but never got too drowned with it. I kept on motivating myself with self-innovating books, videos, motivators like Ea Prince, Simon Sinek, and also your channel helped too. It did really helped. Every leader always told the same thing. "Look for your passion and dreams. Believe". I believe I deserve a university that wants to take my passions and dreams for granted. I gained my believe back, and guess what. I am finally offered at a renowned university, full scholarship and accomodations, well and the most exciting part is, it turned out to be a much better university than my dream university.
I wanted to say Thank You for bringing such many inspirational videos, I spare every day 30 minutes with several inspirational channels to keep me motivated. Gladly, they all paid off.

I went to a company (can't disclose name) and asked him that I wanna buy your franchise in a specific town the population of that town was 12,000 he said it would cost me $50,000 for that I asked him I only have 10,000 grands but I am a pier group of 3 people all of us got immense knowledge and experience of this work I can pay you rest in instalment he said sorry I can't there are plenty here who are ready to pay so should I go with you.
I left then went to another company the CEO was very money minded he said I'll do the instalment but price will be 1,00,000.00 I said no way. I left from there. I decided to apply on my own franchise license borrowed 25,000.00 more got approved with in weeks. Started business state wide. With 2 offices. The first guy whom I went to he owned 108 franchises that time after 4 years he got 68 running his 20 out of 40 came to me.
Half of the staff of the second guy is working for me. So it's about can do attitude. Be positive always 👍🏼

1.He was malfunctioning at his childhood (poor, no nutrition = why he got a unproportionate big head) . 2.He has no strong family background. 3.He only enrolled in an average Chinese school (which can be considered much lower than western education at that time / he can see far/the future). 4.He had no relationship in China (which is one of most important factor for a person to rise from the very bottom , China norm). But he still succeeded/successes .. That's why so many Chinese are amazed by his miraculous success.

I'm a still student and I don't know how to start own my business. But I've a desire to be an Entrepreneur.
The 'desire' is good enough, but build on it by learning as much as you can. Follow some of your favourite entrepreneurs, study them and pay attention to your own passion as you grow business-wise. Because you will need it, as it is easier to build a successful business from 'passion'.
I was rejected because I believed in my dream. But I didn't stop.
