What's your best/worst business partnership experience?
P.S. Here's Alex's old company website that Andra mentioned in the episode: efficient.link/cyberbytes 😅

Another great episode. I like how you describe the way you work together where are you don't work when you're not feeling up to it, and you don't resent eachother for different preferences.
I also think it's true that you would have a lot of trouble finding another partner to work with the same way.

Appreciate you Bobby! 🤗 Think we’d have trouble also, don’t know how it worked out this way but glad it did 😄

    Super interesting! 🙂
Initially, partnerships may seem like the perfect solution, allowing for shared responsibilities and risk distribution while leveraging each person's unique skills.
However, as you discussed, the reality often diverges from the ideal. Finding that elusive perfect match can be a challenge, leading to potential pitfalls in the long run.

I will say though, being friends with someone for a long time, and working with them at different companies is DEFINITELY a way to test out a partnership in a sense 😏
Maybe that's the other way to find the right partner... Essentially work with the person at a different company for 5+ years, and if you don't hate each other by the end, then you're set up to have a successful partnership 👌
