- Yes it is worth it. You don't obtain much sound but you do get a little spooling sound on low rpm throttle. This took about 30 minutes and 20 paper towels. It did increase my MPG and Throttle Response. The Throttle response improved as the hard piping doesnt flex when throttle down. I have noticed the intake leaving a big square mark on the inside of the hood. My hood is totalled so it doesnt matter to much to me. I enjoyed this intake and am glad to finally obtain one.

@@jarednewburyvlog9973 I just got a Hyundai Veloster turbo 2016. I'm not sure if came stock, sounds a bit different than the videos in UA-cam. I'll start by replacing the suspension, it's the most expensive, then tires and wheels and then the engine.
Just bought the same intake and Boomba BOV/ Catch can. Did the catch can end up fitting?
So it fits in a different spot. Near the intake doesnt work. So I went for a spot near the intake manifold and radiater. When I get back from vegas Ill post the vid
Does it make the turbo noises loudly or is it quiet?
it gives it an audible sound. you can def hear it but its not loud.
I have it on my 2016 VT and it's much quieter than the o'reilly cone filter special, but it's deeper and you can still hear just enough of that turbo whine to make it fun to stomp on.
@Killertomato84 i agree. Just doing the cone filter you can hear it better. But with this you feel more confident about it. And as long as its the open box you will hear it. I do wish it was louder though

I bought this intake because I of how easy to change the filter and, i plan to have a hood modded for a faster air flow.
Also, Redline.com has this one. Or did when i phrchased.
What size is the intake duct?

I plan to do a full bolt ons and some other mods so when I get a tune, its fully ready to blow the motor
