What's wrong with showing your body? Josephine Baker has danced nude before and her banana skirt dance is iconic yet you guys NEVER criticize her for dancing with little to no clothes on.
Nolan A.D. ... Exactly!! Thank you! Especially coming from a man! 😉😊Unlike today's hoochies that look like they just came off the streets. Nah! This is how it's done ladies and gents! Yep! They were keepin it real.
Whew! What a song, but what an album. I used to wear this album out during the time. You just press play and let it do what it do. My lil' friends and I made a step to this song. It was hella cute. We'd just be dancin' and carryin' on. I wanted to get them Jade/Janet Jackson braids so badly during the time, but unfortunately, I was a lil' too tender-headed and they made my eyes slant back. It was cute, but sorta painful. Fun memories behind this song. These girls could sing.
Fully clothed, VERY physically fit when they bounced down on their knees I wanted to go back to 92 but the bones now won't let me DRIP that low no more 😂
used to do the dance moves alone in my bedroom in 93 :) i always wanted a separate phone line to my room and wanted the opening as my answering machine message... kids today get phones at like 5 years old. they have NO CLUE how rare, amazing and cool it was if you even had a land line extension in your room, let alone your own number back then..damn

Man, I miss this kind of RnB. Where it was more about singing and the lyrics were real nice and sappy. And just the most phenomenal singers in the world like no body sings like the old RnB singers.
Man, Back in the day. Why can't there be groups like this for my kids to enjoy, lol? Beautiful, talented and sexy with their clothes on. Very underrated. No twerking. Just dancing.
Isn't that the truth....no twerking, just dancing. Self-respecting young Black women with talent. Love the beats and the vocals. Thank God for our musical blessings! 🎶♥️🙏🏽
All of this time I've been listening to this woman's voice on Herp Albert's song Making Love In the rain and I thought the she was a black woman. Her voice is so lovely. You're definitely invited to the cookout.

Wow, very beautiful voices live and while dancing. You GO GIRLS!!! A 90's thang. The most dopest vocalists but ain't non of em toppin my girls Kut Klose. ❤❤❤
I loved that first album all the way through. From several interviews I watched with Tabitha, Keith Sweat was grimey to them, plus the industry was overloaded with girl groups at that time. They were not putting full backing/promotion behind them like SWV or TLC.
I really hated that back then. Like, once one black group made it there was no room for others to shine equally. They did the same crap with solo singers too. I do not support competition because I love all artists and do not compare. But the dirty industry has always thrived off that ish and turned into ugliness between artists. Ugh.

They weren't booing. Jade puts the woo woo part in the song and sings " Let me here you!" and the crowd answers back. This was in the time of Arsinio Hall and the Dog Pound. Guys would go woo woo woo in deep low sounds. Jade nailed it and the crowd loved them.
The 90’s was the best f**king era of hip hop and R&B
1000%
Yes it is, have a style and feeling
I don't think the new generation can understand how big these songs were.
These were huge hits 👏
@myth8551 indeed! And that listening party on BET- pure 🔥 🔥🔥🔥🔥

I hate that everyone that got to be alive with full comprehension of this era cause I wish I had a time machine
I bought this cassette single when I was 8 it’s still a jam 😅
To be young
I love how they aren’t dancing too hard, they know they are vocalists and kept it real cute. #missthe90s

I'd drop everything to be at the apollo and witness every single of these 90s bands.

These young bucks don't know nothin about this music here! 🔥🔥🔥
I don't care for the drama between them, just great hearing 3 talented ladies just sing together
One of the best All Time summer songs !!! 🕺🏻🕺🏻
90s R&B Girl Groups were just a Time and a Vibe.
Would love to see a resurgence in music of good Girl Groups & Boybands
My favourite female vocalists ( group)from the 90s. Sadly, under rated. 👏👏👏👏👏👏

I was a teenager in the 90s...nothing can touch 90s r&b and hip hop...❤
It goes to show you how good these women were when it's been 10 years since I heard this song, but I could still remember most of the lyrics.
Talented early 90's hip hop babes.
