Installing an Automatic Door Closer for Attached Garage Entry Door

It's been four years since I bought this automatic door closer at the behest of the home inspector, so I figured it was high time I installed it. These are now building code requirements for entry doors to attached garages, and the install can be a bit tricky. I walk through the steps involved in installing one in my garage.
