now that it has been a little over a year, how are they holding up? I have a great couch now except after 1-3 years the seats went from 10/10 soft and comfy to more of a 6-7 comfy as the cushions wear down. I'm hoping at $1000 a seat that this will be more durable. I'm not worried about the leather but more so the cushions and headrest getting worn down.
The seats are holding up quite well. I prefer the Tuscany over the Oxford for a few reasons: 1) I found I rarely use the fold down console, 2) The seats do not lock together as well as the Tuscany, 3) I wish it had a footrest for the center seat. But the quality of the leather and the seats are great. No issues there.
@@Youthman Thank you, great to hear its durable. one last question so can make my purchase. I saw you also had the oslo chairs previously in the living room. which one did you like best Oslo vs Tuscany, as they both have similar features and specs and price. is one more comfy or any benefit over the other?
@@Youthman i wanna get this seat but when I go to the site I can't the one u got on this video which is the buttons on the top of chair and USB . I only see 👀 the one who the buttons on the side with USB can u help me find it
I believe they changed the location of the. Buttons with version 2.0. Give them a call and ask if they have any with the buttons on the top. Tell them Youthman sent you.
Hey there Michael, I received 3 Valencia Tuscany seats yesterday and we set them up today. The seats are high quality and weigh 500 pounds! The build quality is exceptional and the leather is very high standard. The seats are completely variable in terms of their reclining, headrests and lumbar support. To be honest these have exceeded my expectations. You'll need two people for the install as they are so heavy. It took my son and me 90 minutes to go from 3 large boxes in the garage to 3 operational seats in my home theater. Many thanks Youthman!
You've managed to convert me to a JVC 4K projector, a Klipsch 7.1.4 audio system, a 150" 2.35:1 screen and now the three Valencia seats. Delighted with all of them! THANK YOU!
VALENCIA SEATS ARE AWESOME! Ok you definately sold me on the seating. OMG great review these seats are amazing. I love the diamond stitched quilting look, looks like you are sitting in a Lamborghini. The USB port is so discreet but then I thought I don’t want an usb cable laying around on the seats when not in use and they even thought of that. They made a compartment to store the remotes and cables etc wow. The head rest, lumbar support, lighting, tray holder and design/look are what sell these to me. At 6’ 4” tall I need neck support and the headrest is a brilliant idea, I also suffer lower back pain so lumbar will help me there. I love under seat lighting and I like to rest my snacks in front of me so the tray is awesome. These are by far the best looking design cinema seating I have seen to date! Another great video, well edited and I still love the way you open the bottom of the boxes, it’s so simple. Glad you showed us how simple the whole process of putting these seats together is. Liked👍 Now where can I try these out in the U.K.? I need to do some research.
Thanks, Youthman! Ordering a row of 2 Valencia Tuscany seats in black to replace my aging sofa tomorrow morning. Taking advantage of their special Black Friday pricing. This works out great because all the apartments in my building are currently being remodeled.
That’s awesome. I still enjoy mine. If you buy them and use my affiliate link in the description before you order, I would be grateful. Happy Thanksgiving
They have a love seat option so two chairs don’t have arm rests. You can’t have a Sofa (3 chairs) with no arm rests because the middle row wouldn’t be able to recline
I would not have an issue if they made a sofa available for this model and the middle seat did not recline. I think they also need to offer more color choices.
NIce review. I just put down new carpet and painted my HT as well as added new seating. I got a very similar setup. I personally like the headrest raise and lumbar adjustment while watching movies. Can you get us some shots of your theater lighting in the dark? I'm curious about how the under seat lighting looks in a dark room. I realize you can turn it off but just curious. Thanks
Ok just ordered 6 Tuscany's and they had free white glove shipping, no sales tax, free tables and reduce rate from what their site had. Thanks for letting us know about these chairs.
Those look like they came straight out a McLaren!! That was an excellent overview and amazing looking seats. Will definitely be looking at those when I upgrade seating later this year! Thanks Youthman!
That is some nice theater seating. Every feature that is included with the chair would be perfect for and older man like me. The lumbar support is #1. Got to have it! Love the diamond stitch. One other thing would be nice, and I don't think it would be a massager. No, I'm talking Buttkicker!!! To go along with those R-115 SW's.😉
@youthman - hello sir. Your channel is awesome. Every time I’m surfing UA-cam, I always end up watching a video or 2 of your channel. Great content! I’d like to get your opinion on RP8000 (which is similar to rp8060 you reviewed) vs. SVS towers. This is for 70% movie. Is the difference in price - $1000 roughly make difference in quality of sound? I know the Klipsch can play louder but I’m more interested in sound quality. Will it be a $1k difference? Appreciate your time. Btw- I noticed a few of your outside videos look like Florida :-)?
Great review Youthman. I myself will be in the market for some new seating soon. My existing chairs are beginning to show some signs of aging. The led lighting is a nice touch.

Would it be possible for you to reach out to Seatcraft and ask to review their Diamante seating? They look identical to the Tuscanys without the sticker shock. Thanks and keep up the great content.
That has been on my radar for quite some time. I have also been looking at Seatcraft Diamante from 4seaitng which has a striking resemblance to the Tuscany. Only thing I would add to the soundshaker(butt kicker )is the amp if I go with Diamante option .
How soft is the headrest? I currently have a Boerna recliner from Ashley and the headrests are as hard as a rock. Also are these seats comfortable for long periods of time sitting in them?
Yes that is one thing I noticed and I may add that in a future video. The light button on the cupholder turns on and off the cupholder in the foot LED at the same time. It would be great if the company would allow that to be separated somehow even with multiple prices of the button. What I found is the LED underneath the seat shines on my projection screen when the lights are off and if you recline the seat is the light just gets brighter on the screen and higher so you definitely will not want to have those on during a movie
@@Youthman You can do an easy after-market mod to add an inline low-voltage mag-switch connected after the power switch and before the power feeds the LED strip at the leg rest. When the seat reclines, the switch disconnects power to that LED strip and turns off, that way cup holder is always on. I did this and so did one of my customers.
Youthman thanks man, I don’t think the Oxford would be for me, as gorgeous as it it, I don’t think the centre console/middle seat, reclines, and I dunno about you...but I have to be in the middle whilst chilling to the latest movies. This is where the Tuscany excels I think. Great job👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
I agree. I was talking to Channa (Techno Dad) and he would like to get the Oxford in for review. I think it’s nice for a living room setup but I’m with you...center Seat is mine (unless I have guests over)
Youthman oh yes! If your showing your gear off to say....your older brother who...has...older gear and still considers it to be the greatest for example, you stick him in the middle and say, proudly, with your head held high, “listen to this bitch” 😂😂. But yes centre money seat always mine. I had to get rid of my theatre seating a while ago. Wife was sick of the big centre console(wine cooler, storage, led’s massaging, electric) because she wanted to sit right next to me🤔🤔🤔. So I got rid, and now use her 2 seater sofa 😢. But I off centred it so I’m still in the middle 😂😂😂👍🏻👍🏻. Sssshh! She hasn’t realised. Love to see td’s review though.
How is between top side and bottom side where is your lower back position? Does have gaps between? Because mine has. sitting long time kind Hurt my lower back, Mine different brand but same dimanod shape.
@@Youthman okay, thank you, I think that is the generic brand you can buy at Best Buy… I also want to add that I am trying to find seats that will be about 30 or less inches wide, for a single seat…
@@Youthman oh I am. I currently have the klipsch quintet butvim hoping to upgrade to the reference series . And possibly add some atmos speakers in the ceiling
Seriously lowest price they have is on sale now. However, I found Seatcraft Cavalry; is simply Louis Donne made in China on Alibaba. 699.99 to 1,299.99 min order 1 ??? Also uses Italian Nappa Leather. So either this, Oxford, or made in China Seatcraft. All I can find using this specific, awesome Leather. As far as Seatcraft, over pricing goes. Use Alibaba, check Louis Donne Nappa Leather theater sofa. And I swear, it's the exact same couch Seatcraft is selling us.
man, i wish the feature buttons were still on the cup holder. i feel its too risky to plug in a usb cable in the sitting area due to getting up & down. they would be exposed to possible cheek contact.
The XL version gives you more width if you are concerned with your cheeks hitting the cable. Having the controls on the side provides a much cleaner look in my opinion. I also found myself bumping the buttons because your hand rests on top of the cupholder
Gabe Salinas I wouldn’t get either one. Trust me, you want to stay away from pioneer Elite and Onkyo Receivers. The choice is of course yours but let me just tell you why. I owned the Flagship model from Pioneer Elite “SC-LX901” which cost me $3,000 I had nothing but problems with that unit. You might say it must have been defective but I exchanged it two times. Thats a total of 3 brand new pioneer elite sclx 901 receivers and all of them had several issues that couldn’t be ignored. First of all, they have (pioneer and onkyo) MAJOR hdmi connectivity issues. About 4-10 times of powering on unit, screen is blank with “no signal” sign. You would have to unplug power from unit and unplug hdmi cable from back of receiver in order to reset it. Even at times if resetting, it might not work again and you have to reset again. Second, it’s a Class D amplification. Meaning its not a Class A/B (class A/B is the best). Class D does keep the unit a little (not too much) cooler but there’s a downside to that. You cannot raise volume volume to higher levels otherwise the unit will start clipping which damages unit itself and damages speakers. Third, the detail and clarity of sound it produces is NO WHERE close to a Marantz/Denon. Four, the controls in options settings don’t respond many times when trying to operate from remote control. One good example is the volume was unresponsive for me about 5/10 times. That is REALLY annoying. You would have to get up and manually turn master volume knob on unit itself. Other many issues but too much writing lol. Get a Marantz or a Denon for that price and you will thank me. Also, try to research pioneer elite receivers online. You will barely find anything and whatever you do find, it will be people telling you to stay away from it because if Major HDMI issues along with other issues. I bought it before doing research on it (big mistake) and regretted every day. Finally when my return period was over, I had to sell it on eBay for a price that almost made me cry. Sorry this was soo long but I don’t want you to make a big mistake with soo much money. Oh I forgot, the room auto correction MCAAC on the pioneer elite os sorry compared to the Marantz/Denon Audyssey XT32 I personally now have the Marantz SR8012 and am CRAZY about it. It’s an absolute beast and have zero issues with it. I’m not saying pay $3,000 to get the SR8012 but whatever you wanted to spend on the pioneer elite, spend that on a Marantz or a Denon you you will love it. By the way, I’m sure you know this but Marantz and Denon are Class A/B (the best) and provide superb sound quality. I hope this helps. 🤔
I've never had problems like that before with pionner and I have multiple pionner receivers I recent6bout the sclx801 for only 1399$ plus tax before I had the sclx701 but I wanted the next step up for my speakers
Which brand do you have to let warm up for 30 min before using? That certainly wouldn’t work for me. I’m not sure I have ever heard that about any receiver.
I've had the Valencia Tuncany chair for only 2 weeks and the leather where I sit has stretched and wrinkled. The cushion may have compressed in the sitting area so the leather is now loose and wrinkled. Very poor for only 2 weeks of use. I see long term use as possible being problematic. Has anyone else noticed this issue?
Those are some great theater seats. They even will pass the WAF. But I didn’t give her the price yet.LOL. I can’t get her to make it through a movie now. If she sat in one of those LIGHTS OUT.
Lol nice. I haven’t heard Def Tech in quite a few years. Sound United is going to send me a pair whenever I’m ready...just need to get some of the current gear reviewed before getting anything new
Our Little Cakery Thanks. I have the BP9060 for L&R and the CS9040 for the Center. Two SR9080s for back surround and the SR9040 side surround. I have the Pro1000 satellite speakers mounted on the ceiling for the Atmos channel’s. Then I have two older 12” DefTech subs that blend with the two 10” subs in the towers. And that gives me the 7.2.4 or you could say 7.4.4 counting the two 10” subs in the towers. Sounds great.
You should change the channel name from "Youthman" to "VeryRichMan" hahahaha. I mean, how can you buy all these things all the time? I'm just kidding, congratulations on the new acquisition.
Lol very far from rich man. Most of my gear over the years were purchased used to save money. Some gear I have bartered for web design services. Some of my gear are from sponsored videos. I have built my theater room over the past 10 years so it definitely didn’t start out this nice
@@Youthman I had not thought of that. It really must have cost a lot of financial discipline and hard work. This kind of review helps other people to figure out if worth it pay the price of some of those equipament. I hope your setup evolves every day more to the point of leaving the IMAX with envy lol. Greetings from Brazil
Thanks Davi. I also have bought / sold audio gear and used the profit to help fund my audio hobby. As of right now, I have zero out of pocket in the entire room.
like the video but it is hard to watch these videos when the person looks at the flip-out monitor instead of the camera lens. This way your eyes are looking at us.
Thanks Vietnam, unfortunately I do not have a monitor. I have a lazy eye that does not always look straight forward. I had an eye operation when I was 2yrs old because I was going cross eyed. Although it fixed them from being crossed, it did not fix the lazy eye. Thanks for watching and have a blessed weekend. 👍
@@Youthman I'm 5'8", my daughter is 5'11", my husband is 6'2". As I can't go to a show room and try these out, I have to rely on videos and the like. I'm gauging fit. I'm incredibly interested in purchasing, and have been searching the web for reviews. While I have you, may I ask - do you find this item durable? Haven't found any reviews dating before 2018, - I'm wondering about the longevity also. Do you own the item? You've done a very good job with this review - specifically showing the functionality. I'm wondering though . . . would it function the same in 5 years, 10 years, so on? Very expensive item, just want to make sure I'm making a sound investment.
I gotcha. I was on my phone and did not see what video it was in reference to. I am 5’11’. As far as long term durability, I don’t know as I’ve only had them a month.
I noticed your carpet is pretty bright. I would replace it with something darker. Then again you have white doors and trims. Not sure how much say the wife has on the matter :)
Thanks, when the carpet gets replaced, I will go with a darker color. The carpet was already installed when we bought the home 2 months out before it was completed
I can do whatever I want in the theater room. The wife gets the day so on the entire rest of the house. Eventually I will paint all white a different color
I heard it too. I need to buy a boom stand. My mic is super sensitive and had it sitting inside the cup holder. It was picking up my movement on the seats since I can’t seem to not talk without my hands and body moving lol
Like your channel but when companies send you stuff to "review" I don't believe you should call it a review. I don't think you've said anything negative sent to you for review which is fine but you shouldn't call it a review. Maybe overview is a better term.
Hi pgreen. I know what you mean, just not sure how I state that in an intro. I've always been up front when a video is sponsored by stating it at the beginning of the video and in the description so that viewers know that as they are watching the video. I don't think me calling it a review or overview will change the way someone feels about the video. I mentioned at the beginning "send in for review" but did not state it was a review in the title or description of the video. That's just what I'm used to saying in my intro when a company sends me a product whether it is sponsored or not. Thanks for watching!

What grade and type of wood? Solid? Particle board? Plywood?
You would have to ask Valencia about what materials they use.
How is between top side and bottom side where is your lower back position? Does have gaps between? Because mine has. sitting long time kind Hurt my lower back, Mine different brand but same dimanod shape.
I just wanted to make sure I asked you, how do the Valencia theater seats compare to Row one theater seats?
Row one? I’m not familiar with that brand
@@Youthman okay, thank you, I think that is the generic brand you can buy at Best Buy… I also want to add that I am trying to find seats that will be about 30 or less inches wide, for a single seat…
Um what do u think of built in subwoofer in tower speakers
Dang those are awesome. To bad I cant afford them lol. I'm still trying to upgrade my speakers. Ugh.
Upgrade speakers first.
@@Youthman oh I am. I currently have the klipsch quintet butvim hoping to upgrade to the reference series . And possibly add some atmos speakers in the ceiling
Very cool! I think you’ll really like the upgrade to the reference. I have owned a ton of different reference models over the years.
How much are they
For a chair that expensive it should include massaging and heated and cooled seating features
And some butt kickers too
Do these seats vibrate with the movie or any other show that might be on?
No, you would need to install something like Buttkickers for that.
Can you please let me know what the width is of the 3 row couch?
Hi Ty! You're looking at 86 1/4" for width on the 3-seat console
You gota keep those.
I am. Might be ordering a second set for the back row
Youthman do it 👍
Like your vids, but I am pretty tired of being so jealous.
For shot at 4:57 did you reverse it? I could tell because of the eyes, sorry it's the editor in me.
No, that clip was not reversed. I went back to check the project file. The clip was sped up to 400% but was not reversed.
What do u think about the pionner elite receivers sclx801 or sclx701? Cant decide witch one to get?
Gabe Salinas
I wouldn’t get either one. Trust me, you want to stay away from pioneer Elite and Onkyo Receivers. The choice is of course yours but let me just tell you why. I owned the Flagship model from Pioneer Elite “SC-LX901” which cost me $3,000
I had nothing but problems with that unit.
Oh I forgot, the room auto correction MCAAC on the pioneer elite os sorry compared to the Marantz/Denon Audyssey XT32
I personally now have the Marantz SR8012 and am CRAZY about it.
I’ve never had a Pioneer Elite so unfortunately I do not have any experience with them to be able to offer advice.
I've never had problems like that before with pionner and I have multiple pionner receivers I recent6bout the sclx801 for only 1399$ plus tax before I had the sclx701 but I wanted the next step up for my speakers
And then also u have to let unit warm up for about 30mins or so when powering on yeah I never really tired marantz before yet?
Which brand do you have to let warm up for 30 min before using? That certainly wouldn’t work for me. I’m not sure I have ever heard that about any receiver.
You couldn't get that smile off of your face. Could you?
I've had the Valencia Tuncany chair for only 2 weeks and the leather where I sit has stretched and wrinkled. The cushion may have compressed in the sitting area so the leather is now loose and wrinkled. Very poor for only 2 weeks of use. I see long term use as possible being problematic. Has anyone else noticed this issue?
I would definitely reach out to customer service.
Hi Kelly! Our customer service has reached you to aid in this issue :)
Those are some great theater seats. They even will pass the WAF. But I didn’t give her the price yet.LOL. I can’t get her to make it through a movie now. If she sat in one of those LIGHTS OUT.
JR62InHomeTheater
Are you Def Tech fan? If you are, then that’s awesome. I’m a hugee Def Tech fan.
Lol nice. I haven’t heard Def Tech in quite a few years. Sound United is going to send me a pair whenever I’m ready...just need to get some of the current gear reviewed before getting anything new
Our Little Cakery Yes my 7.2.4 is all DefTech. Awesome sound.
JR62InHomeTheater
Thats awesome JR62. Which speakers from Def Tech do you have
Our Little Cakery Thanks.
If you watch other videos about these chairs... they literally almost follow this exact same script.
I guess they say copying is the best form of flattery.
I cant track my order.
Contact Valencia. They should be able to help you
@@Youthman thanks! They responded. Cant wait to use ours!
Glad to hear it!
Those chairs look way too comfy. I'll never get through a movie sitting on those. I'll be sleeping within the first 15 of a Movie.
Haha nice
1200 a chair kind of stiff but probably worth every penny
I have two ikea chairs.
Whatever works. 👍
who needs LED lights and usb chargers? it should have a fridge in the cupholder instead.
Haha. I can do without LED but the USB chargers are gold. I can’t tell you how many times my phone has died in the theater room.
@@Youthman My apologies to you if I offended you in any way. I am truly sorry.
Vietnam Vet Not offended at all sir. I have had a few people that thought I was looking at a monitor.
Hello, how tall are you?
That’s an interesting question. Why do you ask?
Yes I own them and am considering purchasing another set for the rear row.
Youthman The sane goes for me!!!
My wife has the rest of the house she can have her say with. The home theater is my area.
Lol
As an aside, there's not one house for rent in all of Tuscany.
Am I the only one who noticed poor audio in this video? Everything was clear but I heard some weird noises in the background
I heard it too. I need to buy a boom stand. My mic is super sensitive and had it sitting inside the cup holder. It was picking up my movement on the seats since I can’t seem to not talk without my hands and body moving lol
My friend has this.if I remember correctly he spent around 9000 .-.
Wow that’s pricey
Youthman no doubt haha
Thanks for your response. Keep up the good work. Really enjoy your channel.
Thank you kindly.
I just wait to be on the safe side unless I'm drunk and say fuck it lol
over priced seating unfortunately
There are definitely seating that cost less. That’s with everything in life.
I must not go to sleep, I must not go to sleep Zzzzzzzz
Hahaha
