Hello from Norway just want to thank you for all the recipes for wine, cheese, capicola and salami I have tried it all and it is perfect I make it in my basement almost all year❤🎉
We've only just begun putting out homebrew tutorials and really need to look into all grain. Nice video! Thanks, you've gained a couple of new subscribers here
I love making kitchen beer. Men I know make beer in big pots on propane stoves in garages, but that is more complicated than it needs to be! Love this method! ❤
Thanks for sharing bro, I really like the way you work, neat, clean, and skillful. Unfortunately, I don't have any time to try all those recipes, I wish I could, though. Now I go get a beer to join you😊, cheers! 🍺❤
Dude, you've taught me so much - I followed your mango wine recipe and now six weeks later have enjoyed a spectacular first ever batch, thank you so much - you're a phenomenal teacher!
Fantastic video as usual, you are giving me inspiration to home brew again! Hope the house renovations are going well, if they are as good as your recipes/videos then they will be 'Spectacular' 🤩
My chef, thanks very entertaining, but for me as I don't like bitter hobbed beers I am in week 2 of my rice wine(your recipe) But while I am waiting on the fermentation that is slow in winter so I am enjoying ginger 🫚 beer made with the live ginger bug recipe, Same as you I am enjoying it with friends and family , So nothing for me to distill yet😂 Anyway my chef be blessed Ciao Ciao
Thanks for the recipe! Seemed like you drained all the good stuff from the malt and then did the bread yeast trick when then beer yeast gone too slow. Shall try to try that, thanks!
Hey Andrea, a quick question. This beer you made is all natural and without preservatives. So, what'll be the shelf life of such beers after adding that 5g of sugar. 😊
The shelf life can be as long as a year if your equipment is sterilized, The more alcohol it contains the better the shelf life, alcohol is a preservative on its own 😊
Interesting simple process! One question: Did you measure the temperature of the grain/hot water mixture in the plastic container? I would have expected the hot-water temperature to drop significantly below the initial 78 C, and I am surprised that got the needed starch-to-sugar conversion.
Sorry OOT, is it possible to make wine that resembles the taste of Whiskey or Bourbon without distillation, like making wine in general, just fermentation?
Not a critique! Over the last couple of months, more and more discussions revolve around how micro plastics have made their way into our food even our bodies. Lets do our best to go back to the traditional ways and bring back more glass containers and products that we use daily that are free from as much plastic as possible. I have guarded my glass demijohns in their wicker baskets with the spigot impeded in cork.
@@TheWolfyDaddy Of course, but during process of distilation or orther type of alcohol separation, not in naturally fermented drinks. Beer yeast cannot attenuate more than 100%, that’s not possible.
@@TheWolfyDaddy Do ant experiment and prove me wrong then :) Diastaticus yeast strains (for example saison yeasts) have attenuation close to 90% and more, but still it’s impossible to get more than 100% sugar conversion to alcohol.
@@krisahacker I do not have to do any experiments since these are well-stablished facts, and I encourage you to educate yourself by studying the literature. You are correct that it is impossible to get more than 100% sugar conversion to alcohol. Where you go wrong is in the implication of that fact for final gravity (FG). 100% sugar conversion does not mean a FG = 1 (as you seem to assert), but it would imply a FG < 1 because of the alcohol created.

Please, if you want to brew beer, just watch a homebrewer´s video. This is a brewers nightmare. I´m very sorry. I can´t recommend this. 8h mash? No calculations for the hop additions, no disinfection? No temperature control in the fermentation. And there is absolutely no possibility that you could get 4 or 5 % of alcohol out of 1030. Brewing is not whine making. Please, please, please....read or watch something about the brewing process before you upload a video about it.
They ask you ˹O Prophet˺ about intoxicants and gambling. Say, “There is great evil in both, as well as some benefit for people-but the evil outweighs the benefit.” Quran-The Cow-219
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato I doubt that, they all came forth with the same message of Oneness of God, the same message islam and Quran confirmed, so alcohol is still forbidden because of the intoxication and addiction it causes. God wouldn't let his prophets go astray or go near anything inherently bad. And Allah knows best
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato btw in the Quran Prophet Suleiman (Solomon) peace be upon him , forgot the prayer once so if he was praying he couldn't have been drinking ( Allah revealed that believers should not approach the prayer while drunk) I can imagine prophets received the same instructions. And Allah knows best
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato if you think about it, the Prophets' work was demanding, they had the burden of delivering the message to people, and instructing and helping people and at times pass judgments between people, add to that their home life, in the case of Suleiman and Dawood (Solomon and David) peace be upon them, they had a kingdom to run, Musa (Moses) had people to save from pharaoh and he already had a quick temper (only got angry about righteous things though) and strength, drinking would have worsened his temper, add to that their spiritual obligations, it's all work that demands a clear head, so I don't, in my opinion and Allah knows best, think they would have drunk.

Sorry 😬 I didn’t
thanks for the recipe! what is the brand of the malt that you used? i would like to use czech malt as well
I don’t know the brand but I am in Italy so I think you can not find the exact brand
Interesting! Simple filtration/ slow process and if it works, why not? :)
Bravo 😉👍🏼🍺
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato :)
Will there be yeast in the beer while bottling for the 5g sugar to ferment?
Yes. Adding sugar is to remove that yeast and also give good carbonation when opening the bottle. Also it increases alcohol level a bit. 😊
Remember little yeast strains stays suspended in the liquid , therefore it will continue to ferment 😊
Yes 👍🏼 the yeast is already in the beer, only 5 g of sugar 🍺
Sorry OOT, is it possible to make wine that resembles the taste of Whiskey or Bourbon without distillation, like making wine in general, just fermentation?
Yes but you need yeast with high alcohol tolerance or you can use this technique ua-cam.com/video/E2rQJ0oV53I/v-deo.htmlsi=gqSNcr0_L7p90P96
CHEERS 😇😇😇

Andrea on Wednesday where barbecue in the boatgarage.
Spectacular 🥳
We need beetroot wine ♥
😉👍🏼 good idea
Should we stir from the beginning of fermentation till its end . I mean if we don't stir = mold making
Not stir it, beer 🍺 should stay steady
@@Spectacular-cuoredicioccolato so i stir it . Thanks
No 👎🏼

Thanks but without plastic it’s too complicated 😬
Something's not right with gravity measurement. OG 1.030 and FG 0.994? If its
FG < 1 certainly is possible, since it is for a mixture of water and alcohol, and alcohol is less dense than water.
