I've got to fly in this bad boy about a month ago. Did my work experience with JCB aviation at East Midlands Airport and was lucky enough to have a flight in it to Augsburg. Stunning cockpit I must say!
v nyc plane n gud short, onli I think however d engine is way 2 close 2 d tail.....cos d tail shakes 2 much soon as d reverse thrust is deployed..... pls closely ....I may b wrong. But is a v nyc plane n engines r almost lyk bigger jet liners...... can some1 educate me if this flies faster than the Honda jet..... I may probly buy one. thx
Does anyone know why the pilot uses the thrust reverse while taxing? My 1st thought was that this beauty doesnt have a breaking system (besides parking)
During taxi the pilots engaged the reverse thrust to slow down the plane. Why didn't they use the wheel brakes instead? The reverser helps to keep the wheel brakes cool and fully operational when needed. Braking excessively does not only wear out the brakes more quickly but increases the danger of hot wheel brakes. Cooling them down takes plenty of time untill the aircraft is allowed take off again. Cheers, Matthias
has JCB only got 0ne jet and one helecopter,,,,, tesco at its height to big fail make ur own accounts up we so big and great had 9 jets back then ... its no real how public company directors line feather there nests unchecked i make them take the bus

2:56 the engine housings look almost as big as the aircraft itself
looked like a bit of a hard landing to me.
