    I am definitely a "one pony show" with cake decorating. I have promised a cake for a fund raising auction and am thinking your ombre cake would be the cat's meow! I really love all of your great tutorials!

    My goal for 2025 is to improve smoothing my buttercream. I’m also trying to perfect my buttercream for piping. I’m currently enrolled in your online course and have found it to be extremely helpful. One day I will be able to decorate cakes like you 😊 I’m not artistic so I get a little intimidated by all of the fancy decorative cakes I see online.

    last time when I moist my cake with sugar syrup, it got over moist and became dripping soaked. can you give me some tips?

      I just do a quick ring around the edge and then zig zag across the middle and that's it! I don't notice a difference in the taste or texture but it helps to keep the cake moist if I'm going to serve it a few days later
