My goal for 2025 is to improve smoothing my buttercream. I’m also trying to perfect my buttercream for piping. I’m currently enrolled in your online course and have found it to be extremely helpful. One day I will be able to decorate cakes like you 😊 I’m not artistic so I get a little intimidated by all of the fancy decorative cakes I see online.

Thanks for sharing this tricks, the issue I have is with my decorations.what is the ratio of the butter to icing sugar, please explain in grms and kgms .
I just do a quick ring around the edge and then zig zag across the middle and that's it! I don't notice a difference in the taste or texture but it helps to keep the cake moist if I'm going to serve it a few days later
