The way Tony talked to Ziva, stared at her, and how he acted when Ray called, seemed more sincere. It felt like he was genuinely trying to show Ziva he had feelings for her. i think ziva was starting to like where tony was taking the conversation before the phone call. good to see tony being more serious and more straight forward instead of hiding behind the jokes to shadow his feelings. i think being straight forward even surprised ziva.
Great scene. This is the stuff we wait for!!! Hopefully there will be more between them. For a while there, nothing really happened between them thanks to the Ray/EJ mess. But then they throw this into the mix and gave us a little hope for Tiva. LOVED this episode!!
To all those saying they should have kissed. Have you ever watched NCIS? Two co-workers cannot date by Gibbs' rule and they both admired Jethro so much and would have never done that behind his back. Ziva was into Tony since 3x01 and Tony too, but they were colleagues and never did anything until they stopped being colleagues
If I correctly remember, gibbs jumps on the opportunity to hit on/flirt/date/sleep with his former partner jenny shepherd. The moment he sees her, he remembers their love making even though gibbs is in so much pain due to Kate's death. Then he asks jenny what about "off the work?" When she denies, he still insists that he missed her n announces his disappointment for Jenny's "no romance"decision. Then why the hell do tony n ziva care abt rule 12. They r sure mature enuf to handle work n private life!!! I hate the writers for giving us so less of couple 'Tiva'
Everytime when we would have an epic TIVA moment it would always be ruined by something/someone but now when they are in the elevator with only the two of them and no cellphone signals nothing/no one can ruin the TIVA moment. :):)
