Yes!!! I was gonna say thesame thing. She is very strong and very capable of achieving anything she puts her mind to, but it's ok to be vulnerable, it's ok to accept help when it's being offered. Please don't hurt yourself trying to prove how strong you are cause those beautiful kids need you.

Women are mentally capable of doing amazing things, but don’t be quick to say “I got this!” I did that for years and ended up having a stroke at the age of 48 (just recently). When I left the hospital I vowed to accept offers of help and am learning to say NO. We need others; otherwise, God would’ve put each of us on separate planets.

One of the biggest things that happens to moms that are divorced is we feel guilty about what happened and think it’s our fault that the marriage didn’t succeed. But don’t allow yourself to feel guilty or bad. Things happen. I pray you get through this triumphantly ❤️
Tierra I dont know if you will get to read this but i just wanted to share something. I was raised by a single African mother who were working a 9 to 5 job AND trying to handle a business on the side. She went through two divorces and had to raise all the kids almost on her own. It was hard but as a kid I was proud of her, she raised all well , I never got in trouble and I got my bachelor , my MBA and i am working for a big company in Dubai. My siblings also are very successful and we all know its thanks to our mama so please please please keep on doing what you do. You got this! You can do it on your own , your kids just need you. They can see when you are happy or sad and they see everything you do for them. To you and all the single mothers reading this YOU GOT THIS! We love you❤️

So true!! I think that's why so many people stay in bad relationships bc they're afraid to feel that pain. One thing I know is once you heal and grieve you will come out way stronger! Just have to accept that he isn't for you and move on.
Hey Tierra, trust me I totally understand how you feel. I just want you to know that I live in Lawrenceville if you ever need a friend close by to lean on. I'm not a weirdo 🤣🤣🤣. I'm a teacher actually. I enjoy watching your videos but I knew that you would start to have those happy/sad feelings. You're doing the right thing by wanting to meditate. Get a journal or a planner and write down the things that you want to do each day. I believe in starting the day early with prayer. When you said you wanted to get up at 5 am to meditate, I thought that would be an awesome way to start your day. Anyway, I could go on and on so I'm going to stop here by letting you know that I'll be pray for you and your babies. Peace and Blessings sis!!!

Tierra girl, I understand, even with being married & a military wife being away from home (New Orleans) I still feel lonely at times when it comes to missing my family and friends back home. I say that to say, you got this transition...for you and for your babies. If that is where you believe they will have a better life growing up.
When using the singing bowl, strike it then circle the bowl closely without touching it. You break the sound when you put the mallet against it. Stay strong sis. It’s absolutely ok to be in your feelings. Allow yourself to feel whatever you’re feeling. It’s normal to grieve any type of loss. You may be ok 1 week and not the next. Take however long you need to. At some point, if you’re not already seek counseling to aid you through this process and journey of healing.
Tee... I rarely comment on any videos I watch of yours but I felt a need to comment. I hate that you feel alone in such a big city. I live south of Atlanta and I have two children of my own. I’m a SAHM/W and I’m here if you need a friend to lean on. As black women and moms we have to look out for each other to keep each other strong and pushing. God put us in place for a reason and you’re in Atlanta for a reason. UA-cam life can come with much craziness and crazy people so hopefully we can link one day and enjoy each other’s company... maybe first off without our kids and then develop trust to bring our children around to play with each other. Man I’m in the same boat three kids and a divorce. The feelings you describe is exactly how I feel except you are more in-tuned. I tend to try and temporary not feel my pain but I think it’s better to acknowledge and push through it then to dismiss it and cover it up. Keep up the good work. Keep asking God for help. You Got this just like many of our strong single mothers got through their trials as well. If you know a single mom that got through it and raiser her kids good then tell yourself if she can do it so can you

True! Especially being in a city by herself is already stressful. I don't care if it's the ATL! Without a support system is extremely hard living there. I was married to miltary and I will never move for another man.
I'm glad you're letting yourself feel what you're feeling. Takes a strong person to admit when they're not okay, and it will help you heal. It's healthy and necessary. Also, I left Michigan and moved to Georgia 8 years ago, and I still miss having some of my friends and family close by sometimes. But it absolutely gets easier. When I was new here I struggled with thinking I made the wrong decision. But leaving Michigan was absolutely the best decision I could have made for my family, and I can't imagine ever going back.

Hey T. I'm going through the same thing now. I have three children as well. Allowing yourself to sit and feel is imperative. God has opened so many doors for me yet there are times where it almost seems incomplete. Grief is a process. And I had to allow myself to grieve and know that grief doesnt mean I miss the man. Its just a loss and my life has to adjust.
Boo you got this you are strong yes its hard but your making a better life for you and those beautiful babies. Its a process god got you your family and we here. You doing a great job with everything that's been going on this just the beginning. I'm praying for you and I love you😘
It’s okay to allow yourself to feel. My last breakup was hard too and I had to learn that healing isn’t linear. It comes with alot of ups and alot of downs and that’s okay because it’s apart of the grieving process. I pray that you will get to a place of peace and complete happiness ❤️
