Hello 👋 welcome .You can use any UAE-based airline. Emirates, Etihad and Fly Dubai. But when you book a visa with an airline you have to buy their ticket also. Or you can use a travel agency.
Prices will differ depending on who you will buy your ticket from.
You also have the option of booking with a travel agency if you find it hard to do it by yourself .
You should know that different travel agencies have different prices and packages. You should also do your own due diligence to confirm authenticity of a travel agency.

Thank you so much and welcome. When you are going for work in dubai yes you need a medical screening,If you going for visit i dont think the medical insurance is urgent, but i advise to be on the safe side just have a valid health insurance.
