Hi there! I just wanted to say a huge thank you, for this video. It would have costed me $250, here in CO, to have someone, from RAD, build the bike for me. Your video was thorough and extremely easy to follow. Thanks again!
Thank you very much for this video. I have a really hard time reading manuals and after watching this it was a breeze to put together. Now I can get out to some of those back roads my car can’t get to 😁.
Would have been useful to see you each sitting on the bikes and sharing your height and stand over height. I’m debating between step over and step through and looking for examples.
Thank you for the video. I have two 2016 model Radrovers I assemble myself. I had additional issues of: - spokes being loose causing ting-ting sound when riding. Half the spokes were at various levels of tq. Hand tq the spokes the same and no more ting. - one front brake rotor not true causing it to rub against the brake pads. Used adjustable wrench to true it up - derailleur was bent inward and the chain would rub against the fat tire in lower gears. Bent back into place by hand - the screws kept working themselves out on the rear rack every few weeks. Added blue loctite I would double-check every last nut, bolt, connector, and screw after a few weeks of riding to make sure nothing was worked itself loose. It was recommend back then to let the battery pack fully charge overnight to balance out the power in all the individual cells. Not sure if the newer batteries need to do this.
Ordered a RadRover 6 Plus. The downfall is that it's been shipped through FedEx -_- Let's hope FedEx doesn't take forever to ship it and also hope that FedEx doesn't break it during delivery
@@TheCarCrazyGuy nice. Yeah you got a great deal. Rad bikes prices are increasing 2023! I actually had someone who wanted to buy my plus 6 for 700 and ask me to assemble it for that price for them. I said this is brand new. What makes them think I'll sell my bike 700?

How much is the battery backup if we don’t use Paddle mode, only as motor cycle mode.
Cảm ơn bạn đã xem video rất hay👍😊😊❤❤😊😊

Thank you so much for making this tutorial video. It has been very helpful.
I may have missed it on both instructions and these videos but how do you set up the shifter? It’s stuck to the rear as shipped.
The shifter was already set up on the handlebar, so we didn’t really have to mess with it.
I own two of these bikes, the last one I picked up was on sale for $1299. Total bargain! Great bike!
1299 are rad city bikes not rover plus
@@csick11 I paid $1299 for my second RadRover 6 Plus. A friend purchased one as well. It was a sale price that no longer exists.

Very cool!
Just ordered my step through. $700 off CAD
Really? I thought I was doing well at $300 off!
@@dalehuhtala9285 That's the difference between buying before or after winter.
@@dalehuhtala9285they just had a flash sale on Martin Luther King day where both High Step and Step through were being sold for $1,100 🤯
