No problems mate👍That small green curl tail that you sent me, they swim fantastic. I hooked a threadfin salmon which was over 1mtr. With only 3 or 4 casts. They would be good to try in the snags for barra. I was fishing on the flats when I tried it and hooked the thready. You should give them a go around the snags because the swimming action is really good.

No, the barra was across from the boat ramp. The threadfin salmon was just up past the airport in the mangrove forest. I haven't posted videos from the broncos yet, hopefully soon.

Mine is a Garman. I use prospective mode in shallow water. Grain at 61, between 12 to 20mtrs out scope. Deeper water grain 71, 20 to 24 mtrs. The main thing is to locate your lure. The brightness of the fish you can see, the lure or soft plastic has to be the same brightness. So then you know that your lure is at the same dept as your fish. That is the most important thing that you need to learn. If your lure is not as bright as the fish, your lure will be too long or too high in the water column. I only use forward mode sometimes when on snags, so you can locate the dept of the fish in the snags. I hope that helps you out.

Regards to your livescope, do you think it has improved your catch rate compared to no livescope and just using side scan. Giving that there is simply many n ore fish up around that Karumba area.

It will only be the grain, but it all depends on the clarity of the water that you are in. It will take a while to work it all out. But it will be worth it.@damiansutton-od5ed

@noelbutcher1267 yes it definitely does, because you can see how the fish react to different lures and the action of the lures.
