- And that's a wrap on July 2024 and this book is getting CHUNKY! This year, I am using my hobonichi cousin purely for reflection/memory keeping and not at all as a planner and this is really working for me. I use the AVEC as my everyday carry and i love it. I especially love that mid year i get to set up a brand new planner. I am thinking of starting the journaling system like yours for 2025. I love the idea of being able to look back for stories for project life instead of trying to rely on pics for the stories
It’s such a game changer for project life, I highly recommend! You could def combine planning + journaling for project life into one in an AVEC.

I love these videos, thank you so much for sharing! Love the way you decorate and use supplies in your journal. I do keep a journal for project life, but I need more room. I am using a Happy Planner, but may go to the hobonichi next year.

Love how organized you are! I am using one book for journaling this year and having similar challenge with the chunkiness. It’s getting uncomfortable to write on the left pages because of all the stickers and inserts. And 4.5 months left to go! Definitely leaning towards two books next year. 😅

I used a hobonichi in 2022 and it exploded right off the binding. I would definitely use the avec system if I were to get one again (possible for 2025)
Oh wow! I’ve never heard of that happening and I’ve seen some chunky ones. 😳 I think Avec is the way to go.
Do you know of any print health magazines? All I’ve seen lately are digital subs!
Not off the top of my head, but I would check magazines.com. I would search for an affiliate link for you on their site and see if there are any that I’ve gotten in the past, but I am away from my computer. Let me know if you don’t find anything on instagram and I’ll see what I can find once I get back home!
When you you find the best time to journal for yourself?
This really depends a lot on my schedule and every day is different. I like to journal in the morning with my coffee, but that’s not practical on days I go into the office. I also tend to journal a little before bed if I am not too tired.
