Why can't I find anything like this for J-327A...the one I did find was different in the back and the zipper pouch was so small I couldn't even get my fingers in there to get anything out after I put it in.

Your reply was appreciated and I apologize for the response delay. I ordered this case, was excited to have located it based upon description and reviews, received the case and had disappointment set in. The case I received, this case, is so stiff with NO flexibility. I feel I'm digging in a wooden bucket. Have you or has anyone readying this shared this issue? I then ordered a different one, that on paper, appealed to me more. I love it except for one thing, one of the inside pockets did not get attached on one side. I have repeatedly sent emails, requested "live" assistance to exchange, etc. I have not received "live assistance". I prefer exchanging but am to the point of returning all 6 items and looking elsewhere. Not my choice. What do I do?
