I urged Dechen and others to go and experience SKY breathing techniques . I also took this course and it was a wonderful experience and the practice is still going on .
What she is telling is so true! I stayed with her for so many years. She is humble person and kind hearted. She use to tell me, if they ask her to go back to past , she will never go sey lapdey.
I don’t know why i could empathise her while she narrated her childhood days. 😢 I am proud of this lady esp her discipline and way she tackle life so smoothly after undergoing all struggles in life.❤
I feel very proud n lucky to born in poor n broken family family problem made me strong n push me everyday to stand on my own feet without any support n it motivate me to become somebody if i born in rich i wont learn anything in life because i will always think im have backup n everything come easy n i wont put any effort n wont learn anything in life. Her life is so relatable
Whatever negative karma u had to endure u already endured in your childhood...and it's inspiring to know how that events has shaped you to become the kind of person today.... You don't have an idea how inspiring u r ...your daily powerful habits are purely wonderful...
