16:27 undersea tunnel is always preferable project over bridges, cuz they are complex to construct, and if both were of same length, i would have gone with undersea tunnel. but atal setu covers much bigger distance than this tunnel, hence atal setu will be chosen for being a monster project.
No prizes for guessing who is the builder for this mega engineering project. Of course L&T... They are everywhere, particularly if it needs heavy engineering!

Viksit Bharat 2047 has just initiated and we people of India are very excited. The Mumbai's due are getting paid as biggest financial hub of India yet not organized and clean, so things are being done in a good way. I hope Govt. can initiate multiple water clean projects in Mumbai. I recently visited Chicago which has 11 Million population still the great lake water is purely clean but the fun part was that when i was doing river ride, the water was sky blue at the beginning but moment river crossed around 200m, water was same as in Mumbai, muddy and dirty, so there is no way water can to be clean fully in such densed city but at costal side, something can be done.
